I blanked out for a while! Found myself shopping for cat flea treatment on Amazon!

How far into their time are they? It seems like forever. EB saying she’d go fast for the jury’s sake. Ok…

EB to jurors: How dare JD waste your time for 6 weeks to continue abusing Amber.

  • #384
Yep, that closet that was a penthouse. I have never known anyone that had a penthouse closet….bet the jury hasn’t either.

Rottenborn: This is what he did to rearrange her closet. With his hurt finger, that he couldn't have hit her with ... That's abuse.

What is she talking about? As far as JD not being able to claim damages?

  • #386
I believe he said it came from a production manager or something that effect, meaning it was already verified and ready to go MOO
I recall him saying it came to a general tip email that is then received simultaneously by himself and producers among others. 15 minutes later it was aired with sound effects and a watermark.

I don't want to miss EB trying to spin Amber as teh victim this one last time during cross or I would try to find a link to that specific testimony

Wow, are they really saying Depp NEVER took personal responsibility or accountability for anything? And he won't leave Amber alone?

wow. That is pot kettle black...

I don't like EB's argumentative tone. I don't like the cheap shots and cheap complaining about JD.

  • #389
Well, I turned my sound back on and it didn't help. I tried to listen to EB and she is just as rotten at RB.

I think when the Jury instructions were read, it limited JD's claim period.

I expect her to start sobbing with a tissue though to hide no tears.

I expect her to explain that she can't cry because she was born with no tear ducts,it's not her fault ;)

Yes, that's what I remember... with the additional information that they were able to air it 15 minutes later, specifically because they were able to verify it within the 15 minutes and pay the uploader for surrendering it.

I just can't manage to stay focused.

I came in late (as usual, west coast), missed CV's closing, did hear part of Chew's though.
I really want to watch a recap.

They are 30 minutes away from the 2 hour mark.

I didn’t pay attention to when Ben finished but I know it wasn’t this long.

Someone please post when this lady is finished

Ok, I'm going to get dressed now. I can't do another 30 minutes of this.

@Kiranerys
here is the actual quotes from Tremaine about the leaked video

He told the court: “The video was sent in through our email tip line, which is an email distribution that goes to all the producers and to myself as the field assignment manager, because it often included celebrity locations.
“I received that email and it included a link from some unknown, dropbox-type website.

“In that link was the video of Johnny Depp smashing the cabinets.”

The video was downloaded, given a watermark, and posted on the TMZ website within about 15 minutes.

My stabby feelings are now heightened listening to EB.

I'm not watching or listening to closing arguments. I had CV on for a while but decided that it was too stressful to listen to any more of this trial.

Give me a break Elaine, enough of descriptions of damage to the house or paintings or clothing …. Too many details because you don’t have evidence of the physical or SA to Amber?
