Chanley Painter saying “now“ there are lots and lots of media at the courthouse waiting for the verdict
I saw earlier they were setting up barricades on Law and Crime. Maybe they are anticipating a verdict later today?

Most folks are I think. Time will tell.

Rekeita Law have somebody on who ran a mock jury last night and JD won on Q1, lost on Q's 2 & 3 and AH lost on all. They're also showing a poll where there are a few thousand responses and AH seems to be winning on some of the statements from the WP article.
Did this "mock jury" read the entire op-ed and take the statements as a WHOLE with the article as required by jury instructions? I think these polls and mock juries are not doing that as the jury instructions require. In fact, I saw Nate did it with Joe Lawgic, and they did NOT even look at the op-ed once.

Here are the Jury Instructions- 38 pages.

From the Court site:

The verdict forms are on there too.
This has handwriting on it and the link says 2019. They have changed the jury instructions since 2019.

Each page has handwritten initials and the date 5-27-2022 from what I see in bottom right side.

I mean Amber was draped all over Elon Musk publicly how long after she filed for a TRO against her "violent husband"??

There are so many questions to be answered, even at 30 minutes deliberation for each (which is not much time for 7 people to speak) that would easily be more than 20 hours.

Given 30 minutes to begin and 30 minutes to conclude, that's 7 hours a day x 3 , so I think we may be looking at LATE Friday, if not even Monday.

Jury has a question

Maybe the juror question is asking the judge if they can make sure and buy some of those cool Hearsay T-shirts before they completely sell out?

Was thinking this as well, but then thought that the answers to some questions may flow quickly from the answer to the previous one....

I am liking this question. It seems to me they are talking about the sexual abuse claims.

They are asking if the title is the statement or does it mean the "whole op ed" because of the title. It's a jury instruction they are confused about. The judge is going to say that the statement is the headline, not the entire op-ed.

  • #518
Chew asked for something but the judge denied it

  • #519
Is the headline of the op ed true or false, or is the whole op ed true or false is my understanding of their question, with the judge going to answer them it's just the statement that is the title of the op ed, do they consider that statement false.

It gives me the feeling they think some of the stuff in the op ed may be true, but not the header?

And perhaps means they are on question one of the Depp claims.....
