Wow, did they ask her what she thought about JD coming forward with HIS abuse claims? I wonder how she feels about ensuring that MEN will be believed???
She can cry me a river-- perhaps if AH was believable with her testimony she would be believed- DUH!
Each case must exist on its own merits--- this is an unusual case with highly visible celebrities--- not your usual type of case -----

Do you all think there was enough dialogue about there not being ANY proof/medical docs of the SA she is claiming? I can’t recall paramount rebuttal on it, but I’m still processing parts of it, especially Friday.
Imo there was the appropriate amount of dialogue.

SA is not what this trial is about.
Defaming a man by claiming domestic abuse is the crux of it.

I think JD’s lawyers made a very good case about the fact that AH NEVER claimed SA in the beginning, but added it to her story later.

They did point out that it’s incredulous to think a woman would not seek medical attention if her claims of “ the bottle story” really happened.

They did point out at that this is the most heinous thing you can accuse a man of.

Just like her stories of a broken nose would have required medical attention, the Lawyers showed that it was more lies to further her hoax.

I don’t see how demanding medical proof would have helped the case.
They made their point.

The bottle story is enough for me to render all the rest of her testimony not credible.

And when she said baby in the microwave. That has just been done by someone else.

The women's liberation groups here are very strong, it's not surprising that some people think this. Men barely have a voice here in courts. If a trial like this happened here, the win would have been automatically awarded to AH, the court case would be about trying to get personal possessions back, and how much retirement fund would be awarded to them.

That's a real shame. It's a real shame that men have been trained to never hit a woman, and women know that, so some hit men because they know men won't hit back. But then, the man is not to be believed that he was abused or that he defended himself when a woman came at him like a cyclone.

1920 fatty Arbuckle was accused of killing virgina rappe with a bottle turned out to all be lies and ended his career was the first celebrity trial that was publicized... funny how things repeat and seem similar.

And we heard over and over how he tried to walk away from her. From her own mouth his solution was to leave.

Thanks for the detailed response and refreshing my memory. That makes me feel better!

That’s how I feel because each of her stories are made up and made up poorly. It would be difficult for me as a juror to see the need for going beyond it. I’m aware thats not the way it works but my mind in this case would have already been made.

Does anyone remember when Plaintiff's exhibits #512 AND #725 were submitted? And, do you think most jurors realized it was AH's legal team that removed the "metadata"?

Vasquez then showed Heard a version of the same photo in connection to testimony the actress gave about an incident from May 21, 2016. Heard was also shown transcript of her own testimony about the photo and May incident.

The actress conceded the connection.

“Defendant’s exhibit 512 and 725 seem to be different versions of the same picture, don’t they?”

“That’s correct,” Heard again conceded.

“So, which is it? Which one of these photos was taken on December 15, 2015, or May 21, 2016?”

512 is in this folder 5/5/22:

725 on 5/16/22:

I didn’t watch all of the video you posted, but this happened on April 15 I believe. Day 8 of the trial.
AH’s friend EB showed AH lawyers an Instagram post from January 2021 about the UK trial and they then misrepresented to the Judge that it was from the current trial.
Unfortunately, the witness GD had been watching this trial and her testimony was halted and stricken from the record.
The good thing was that EB was barred from the remainder of the trial for looking at social media, texting and live-tweeting from the Courtroom.

Thank you!

There was a very horrid case in Australia with this kind of sexual encounter and allegedly consensual, but it was fatal from the bleeding in 30mins, even most statistics show high fatality rates if it's not treated. I'm sure AH is old enough and smart enough to understand the implication of an injury such as this, to not seek medical assistance of any type is just unbelievable in my opinion.

These days all it takes are allegations of some type of abuse to ruin a man's life. It is awful.

I don't know why exactly but I think I'm going to watch a movie tonight. No, not a JDepp movie... instead I'm opting for "Runaway Jury". 'Til later, all!

On Kate , mr night, tmz guy
Also Isaac, I think he was a key person
as he said at first he loved her. Then he
described the monster she became and
how she has destroyed so many lives.
