I actually had a great deal of sympathy because attorneys don't always get likeable clients but they are bound to do their best by them. I looked at it as if she was dealt a raw hand of a client with trumped up evidence and she gave it her best effort. But yeah, my opinion has changed. I don't feel as kindly towards her as I did.

Ya the extortion did not go unnoticed. Amber tried to cover it up during the trial...it didn't work.

That was very good. He talks a bit fast but he's easy to understand and consistent.

Next week he will compare the UK trial to this one. That ought to be good, especially because EB and AH are insisting that they won in the UK so they should have won this trial. But that's wrong. They were very different.

You are correct .. the only audio recording from the Australia incident is from AH's phone that she secretly taped underneath the table or counter. She is the only one that was aware they were being recorded.

Also could you please point me to the time stamp of where Dr. Kipper states he gave AH 100mg of Seroquel as was stated in the dailymail article that you posted prior to this? I have watched this video of Dr Kippers testimony numerous times and I must be missing that part.

As far as that "disallowed tape" .. I'm pretty sure the daily mail must have listened to it since they know about the 100 mg comment that was made

She is surely flying in the face of having legal action taken against her? It is surely unethical and unprofessional to make such allegations and openly making a mockery of the Judge, the Jury members, and the entire justice system that she works within?

I was feeling so sorry for EB, I felt she was representing a difficult client to the best of her ability in an almost impossible scenario - she looked unwell and a bit tearful sometimes during the trial. Now I'm wondering if she isn't somewhat unstable? I wonder what her law firm partners make of this?

Re: the judge. It is a mockery and you have to ask why that is okay with her. She is a mature woman so it’s not a matter of naivety. I’m wondering if AH has had an affect on her.

Elaine made a big deal about cameras in the courtroom and “15 minutes of fame.” It wasnt subtle, there are hundreds of SM comments about it. Did a high profile case in the US cause her to abandon all common business sense?

Perhaps Amber demanded that she go on a National talk show immediately? Whether is was Ambers idea or hers, going on GMA without her thoughts in order was another poor choice.

Johnny's statement after verdict as compared to Amber's was very telling about each of their personalities IMO. He spoke of the experience and his peace and relief at it being at an end. He never once, either directly, or indirectly mentioned his ex wife.

Amber on the other hand, well she skirted dangerously close if not INTO yet more defamation. Her statement was grandiose (like her), overly dramatic (like her) with suggestions of her civil rights being taken from her, this being message to all women not to come forward, blah blah. Most importantly - her statement ONCE again defamed her ex husbands by name in basically the same ways she just lost this case over.

I took JD's as closure and thanks for the support, I can't wait to move forward. I took Amber's as more defamation (because it is) AND a threat. She is not going to shut up, she will continue to defame him and make his life miserable in any way she can. Hers is just another example of how hard she is still suckered onto him. Hers indicates the opposite of moving on. What happened to "I just want to move on"?

Absolutely. She is now trying to make another living off of him, by continuing to perpetuate a false narrative that will not stand up under appeal. She seems to think that wasting the court's very valuable time, not to mention the lives of the jurors in sitting through all these weeks, are inconsequential, but necessary to provide her with some outlandish damage compensation.

The sad thing is, how many millions of people watch main stream media (like the Today show, NBC, CNN, etc) but didn't watch the trial. So they are going to believe her!

I think we can hear what ALL of the suppressed evidence was by listening to the 'proffer' which was in the video of the trial. It was all read into evidence, to be put on record, at the tail end of the trial, by Rottenborn I believe.

Mostly it seemed to be the notes from AH's therapist, who said AH 'told' her about some abuse by JD. But that is HEARSAY evidence so it should not be admitted into the trial. Anyone can tell their therapist/marriage counsellor anything they want---it doesn't make it true.

Also there were pictures AH wanted admitted but were not originals so they were not verifiable.

EB also mentioned the text from JD's friend, to AH, saying 'JD is sorry for kicking you.' Again, that is not proper evidence because it was not someone witnessing the event and testifying to it. It was hearsay as we don't know where the info really came from.

I just had an idea.

Maybe EB is still doing AH's 'dirty work' - the case is lost, there probably won't be grounds for appeal to be successfully granted... so she's doing the rounds of the media, letting it be publicly known there was an error of judgement as a final PR stunt?

In the minds of people who never followed the trial or had little to no interest, they will forever believe the narrative that AH was a victim of terrible abuse and the court process was corrupt?

Again, I'd say she's flying in the face of being personally sued by JD for doing so.

Wow, that has 18K likes! She either doesn’t know she is a snark (we know she does) or she thought displaying her snark in the courtroom was going to ensure her a big win.

I’ve given it a lot of thought and I can say that I’ve not seen anyone testifying like she did before. JA comes to mind but this is a different level.

In reality she didn’t give the jury any other choice to consider her credibility. She made that part easy.

I believe that JD's team went extremely light on AH. There's a lot of material they could have 'demonized' her with. Her past arrest record, her lies about her upbringing, her having been a stripper/escort, her own extreme drug abuse (especially cocaine), her serial infidelity and so on.

JD was the one demonized, in fact, they constantly referred to him as a literal monster!!! They used private venting texts to friends (not even AH) as proof of abuse. It was sickening.

I hope EB gets sanctioned or at least has some repercussions for her conduct today.

I was watching one of the lawtubes last night and they had some juicy stuff digging around some outstanding motions in the districts of NY and CA pertaining to this case. Needless to say, it did not look favorable to AH. She used the courts to harass JD in my opinion.

My guess is: she will not stop trying to victimize JD. Due to her personality orders, she just can't let it go. Luckily, I think most people will probably not give her the time of day, JD likely feels he can ignore her now that he has been vindicated in the public's eye.
