Thanks for the reminders.

In my mind I was thinking about if she were to watch herself on the stand now to review. What would her take-away be? Does she even comprehend her behavior and is that why she wants to do damage control by focusing on everything else but her lies?? Or do her disorders prevent her from seeing anything??

Either way she is unstable and vile.
Firstly let me say I am in no way a trained professional, however my mother was diagnosed as a grandiose narcissist along with borderline. People like this will never give up, they will love bomb, gas light, twist and turn every event in their life to blame it on another. They generally prey on those who have empathy in this case JD, and have the energy to suck them dry. Only from experience a person with these behaviours almost has a zero chance of rehabilitation.

Its always someone else's fault:
1. EB stating jury was watching social media. (What an ignorant comment).
2. AH claims that testimony from paid employees lost her case.
3. Depp’s legal team blanketed the media for days after the verdict with numerous statements and interviews on television, so she claims she has to respond. (Didn't her lawyer head out FIRST on that media tour??).
3. On social media she claims there hasn't been a fair representation.
4. Now she blames the judicial process. Because JD got to go first, the jury got to hear from him for 3.5 weeks.

What other lame excuses have I missed?

Yes,they got to hear from him first.... but then they got to hear from her,and she took every opportunity to peddle her story to them, then they had a weeks break with her testimony the last thing they heard before they left, then they had to listen to her do over of her first bash at testimony because social media very kindly pointed out all the holes in her first story, so she got a second chance to try and hoodwink them. Not to mention all her other "expert" witnesses and last but not least her ever so obedient sister and her ex bff's who also switch between attitude and crying on demand (kudos to Rocky for managing the real tears!) depending on who was asking the questions.
So she essentially got the last word and her side should've been clearer in their minds, its not the jury's fault,or Johnny Depp's fault,or the fault of the justice system in general that her own testimony, her own "friends", and her own " experts" ( Hello,Dr Doofenshmirtz and Mr " #justiceforjohnnydepp") took the jury in so many different directions that they had no chance of figuring out which way was up!.

  • 'He lied. He hit me. I stand by every word of my testimony': Amber Heard REPEATS claim that Johnny Depp beat her despite losing $8m in defamation trial - and slams his glamorous lawyer Camille Vasquez for defending the 'liar'

  • 'Says the lawyer for the man who convinced the world he had scissors for fingers,' Heard hit back. 'I'm the performer? I had listened to weeks of testimony insinuating, or saying quite directly, that I'm a terrible actress. So I'm a bit confused how I could be both.'

  • This is rich. I do believe that being an actor is to convince the people of the part you play. If an actor can do that that does make them a very good actor. Amber is trying to say here that JD convinced the jury and people inside and outside of the court that JD fooled them by convincing them through acting that he was the victim. The evidence and lack of certain evidence is what got her the verdict she received and deserved. NO acting involved by JD. Her on the other hand. The truth always comes out.
  • To top that off in the article it states that JD lied, he hit Amber but she did admit in her recordings and testimony that she did not punch JD but she HIT JD so what would be the difference. We did not get any evidence that Amber was hit by JD.
  • I just can't believe her rationalization. Mind boggling.

AH’s true personality is revealed again … if she was only able to realize that going away gracefully would have helped her career, her little girl, and her reputation so much more. However, she is stuck on a merry-go-round of her personality disorders. This is not the way to influence people, and if she’s not careful she will end up in another defamation suit … in my opinion.

I just read some of the article.
OMG I'm actually dyingo_O

Heards answer when SG mentioned CV saying that Amber was putting on the performance of her life:

"Says the lawyer for the man who convinced the world he had scissors for fingers,' Heard hit back. 'I'm the performer? I had listened to weeks of testimony insinuating, or saying quite directly, that I'm a terrible actress. So I'm a bit confused how I could be both.'

SERIOUSLY? She can't be both? Erm,no that's right you can't,and that's because even though you were acting, they decided you weren't very good at it . They didn't believe your performance, even though that's exactly what they took it for.

A man who convinced us he had scissors for hands :D:D:D. Hands up who thought Edward Scissorhands was real?, anyone believe Daryl Hannah really had a fish tail?, Arnold Schwartzenegger is a real cyborg?, whatever you do DO NOT feed the mogwai after midnight.......

Such BS !

She’s trying to clap back at CV for saying that she gave the performance of a lifetime by implying that JD tricked the Jury with his “acting”.

And what is this “ he’s a beloved character “ crap? Implying that the Jury only saw a movie character and not a human being in that Courtroom for 6 weeks.

This is one very weak defense they are spouting.

They must have coached her to say she doesn’t “ blame the Jury ‘ after they saw the negative backlash to Elaine’s downright hateful remarks about the Jury being confused and not following their Oath to not research the case.

JMO

It bothers me that she refers to Johnny as "a beloved character." It reveals that she doesn't even see him as human. Jack Sparrow is a character. Edward Scissorhands is a character. Sweeney Todd is a character. The Mad Hatter is a character. Donnie Brasco is a character. Gilbert Grape is a character.

Johnny Depp is a person. An actual human being, not a character.

I don't know why this bothers me so badly, but it does. IMO

She’d be a bigger idiot if she hired them. Where is all this money coming from?
I seriously doubt Amber Heard will pay her legal fees. She signed a retainer to pay the fees but in her mind it's probably more like a pledge to pay. Not that she actually will. IMO

"'Says the lawyer for the man who convinced the world he had scissors for fingers,' Heard hit back.(...)". Did she really say that?
She's delusional and needs serious medical attention! And i believe she was the one, who at the age of 4, was convinced JD had scissors for fingers, and... got disappointed when she found out he didn't?!  Fantasy world is over AH, it's time to grow up!

I'd file a restraining order or injunction that restrains her repeating the defamation. Or fines her a certain amount of $$ every time she does it. IMO
I wonder if there is some action JD can take against her without having to go through another trial? This is insane.

It bothers me too and I wonder what JD will do now that she is continuing to attack him? By the way I hate that these news shows keep giving her these opportunities to continue with defamation and harassment-- but of course the media loves this kind of stuff--- I can't see her ever stopping this-- Will he just let it go or respond in some way? If she plans to appeal, she is not doing herself any favors. She of course should just lay low for a while but she cannot- she remains filled with hate and rage- I think she would like to see JD dead (by suicide or another way)--- she is vile. I also think she is very jealous of his success and his career because basically she is a hollywood nobody. Beautiful women in hollywood are a dime a dozen.

Lol, Eve Barlow stuck that one into a very recent tweet.

At the time I speculated that this was an effort to avoid saying anything defamatory.

Clearly she didn't think it up herself: because I'm almost positive Eve's coaching would have involved mentioning WHY she used this elocution, but of course truth challenged Amber cannot resist adding a tearful... "he hit me... and I will say so until my dying day!"

Well, I'm sure he hopes devoutly that day will be soon now, lol... and by the way, welcome to the new gag order Camille will be introducing any day now...

Maybe this will erase the taste from some people's Mouths:
