No, no you are not. And considering this statement was either written by Camille or Ben (yeah, after that trial, we're totally on 1st name basis, lol) you know they got a kick out of that little dig. I know I did, lol.

I also notice that MSM still leans in her favor. This article is 3/4 about AH and her "opinions and feeling" vs 1/4 about JD's legal team's response. I still feel like MSM tries very hard to back her up and make her look like a victim. Too bad there were way too may people that actually watched the trial and came to the same conclusion that the jury did!

Women like Amber Heard should never be silenced by the legal system
It was the opening morning of 'the libel trial of the century'. Johnny Depp was suing The Sun for calling him a 'wife-beater': he claimed Amber Heard (pictured) had lied about domestic violence.
Minor update on the trial. There are a couple of ongoing lawsuits regarding AH's lawyer's fees for the Depp v Heard civil case. Traveler's Insurance is suing NY Marine because it refused to reimburse Traveler's for part of AH's insurance claim on the case (both with regard to the damages owed but also the legal fees incurred). This is because AH was found guilty in a malicious tort (Defamation) and NYM claims it is no longer liable for deliberate acts of malice.
NYM is suing AH herself in order to get a court ruling to that effect and AH, in typical fashion has attempted a counter suit, claiming breach of contract.

Interesting thing to note: AH's lawyer, both during AH's direct testimony and during closing arguments, attempted to claim that AH had paid $6 million dollars herself in legal fees - as a way to explain not paying the $7 million dollars charity money she'd publicly claimed she had already donated, and to try to assert JD's lawsuit was financial abuse. Clearly this was another lie and ploy to sway the jury's sympathies - Elaine Bredehoft fully knew that all costs were being covered by Traveler's Insurance at the time. She should be disbarred for lying to the jury IMO.
