House manager Ben King is now being shown photos of Amber Heard with what appears to be marks on her left forearm.

Mr King agrees that they are consistent with the "long, uniform cuts" he saw on Heard's arm at the end of his flight back to LA from Australia.

Mr King is asked whether Johnny Depp's legal team asked for the photos he had taken of the damage to the Australia house for the UK trial, and he says he did. He says Depp's council also requested photos of the damage for this case, but can't say whether the team "requested them all" or not.

Did AH's legal team ask Ben King for the photos?? If so, and they believed there was a discrepancy (lying, deception), I believe this would have been made evident (showing such discrepancy) when Mr King was on the stand. Mr King even offered his phone to the attorney while he was testifying.

The cross examination is returning to house manager Ben King's first stint looking after Johnny Depp and Amber Heard in Mayfair, London in August 2014.

Mr King says during the couple's stay Heard did have friends to stay, and they did drink wine, but that the "one to two bottles" he described earlier as being drunk in the house was on nights when it was just Heard and Depp in the house.

As to whether he saw any violence perpetrated by Heard Mr King says: "Beyond finger prodding, no". He is pushed as to what he means, and says, "No, no violence per say".

The cross examination is now finished, and Depp's team get to ask Mr King questions once again.

He is asked about taking photos of damage to the house in Australia, and explains that it was usual for him to take photographic evidence of things in his role, "as a point of reference".

We are now looking at a floor plan of the house in Australia. During cross examination Mr King was asked whether there was "blood in the master [bath]tub" and he is asked to mark on the floorplan where that would have been. He says there was no blood or damage in the bathtub.

Mr King says he did see damage to the his and hers mirrors above the sink. Within the main level floor - which is the second floor of the house - he marks out the areas of damage which he says is "around the kitchen area" and "around the wall mounted TV... and sofa" in the family room.

We are shown the lower ground floor, and Mr King marks the spot where he found Depp's finger.

He also lists the damage in that area, around the bar, to the plaster of the walls, blood drips on the tiled floor in the games room and a chip out of a stone step of the staircase.

He is again asked about exits to the property, and says many of the rooms had a way of exit.

Please forgive me if already posted and I just haven’t found it yet….but is there a timeline anywhere that puts all of the evidence being presented in court, in order? It feels like we are just jumping all around and I am trying so hard to keep track of what’s what. I know there are some awesome folks that are part of the Websleuths community, so I figured it couldn’t hurt to ask if there is a timeline, or even a compilation of the evidence…?

I already find Ben King more credible, with his inclusion that Jerry Judge was tending to her in Australia, than I do Amber; who would have us believe that any time Johnny hurt her his security team would basically all go ‘la la la’ and ignore her, which has always seemed incredibly unlikely to me short of purporting that Johnny is some type of Svengali who brainwashes them - have they no daughters? No sisters, mothers, or wives? -etc.

it’s (the wound) definitely closer to pictures of gunshot (the most frequently pictorially captured example of velocity) wounds, than it is to anything which has been done to anyone by a knife.

the accordion door idea was less stupid than the knife but not, apparently, to a doctor, lol.

IIRC, at the time his team also tried to say he had shut it in a car door.

(Context of the entire clip: it appears to have taken him over an hour to get her out of his house, because she’s in a snit where she refuses to be ferried anywhere by his security and insists upon an Uber (no idea how she got out there in the first place to the house; but at one point in the verbal onslaught she admits her goal was “trying to get you back”; so it’s eminently possible she took an Uber out there thinking that she was going to be invited to spend the night).)

It seems from the context as if security finally obtains her Uber; however, she won’t get into it.

Does anyone remember how long Amber kept the "other" apartment even though she was living at JD's Eastern Columbia penthouse?? Couldn't she could have escaped her alleged abuser by going back there?? But, I suppose there just wasn't enough room in that apartment for all of her freeloading pals.

A quick example - At Gervais' mum's funeral, himself and one of his brothers gave the vicar the wrong name because they wanted to see their other brothers reaction.

I can see where some of the texts he wrote could be seen as humour. There are others though that I feel crossed the line.

Bless you for listening to the entire thing! Surely, if I had done that, I would have been triggered, and reached for a half-pint-o something, and a bottle of pills. I had a family member who acted and sounded just like her. Shiver me timbres!!
