What is noted in the Body worn camera footage is there was no spilled wine stains, or broken sconces/glass seen. We saw plenty of floor footage while they (LE) walked toward the penthouse.

Next witness, again by video deposition is Alejandro Romero, front desk at the penthouse building. He's quite the character ( and he is in a vehicle ) :)
Elaine is getting nowhere with him so far

I did forget to mention that nothing looked less than perfect.

I would also submit that it’s kind of nutty to act like the third officer should have reacted by … trying to ensure that Josh wasn’t in fact Johnny, or running a second sweep? Assuming that he might have returned?; which is almost as absurd as if Bredehoft would ask ‘and how do you know that one of the people embracing Amber wasn’t in fact holding a secret gun against her?’

so AH team strategy seems to be: abuse happened but AH the good little battered wife made sure to cover any evidence of it with a compact that didn't exist yet. No evidence exists of DV in the police calls because LE didn't do their jobs properly and see that red faced AH was a victim of DV, even tho she was not cooperative with their investigation and didn't provide any information to suggest that she was such a victim.

JD has a potty mouth and based on his use of the see you next Tuesday word to describe her after they fell out and parted ways, clearly he is an abuser so we will read those texts over and over and over until people understand that.

Dr. Curry has a crush on JD and was wined and dined to take this case but she broke HIPPA by telling her husband that she was meeting with a celebrity, and the husband, who clearly is obsessed with AH, proceeded to buy muffins for her evaluation appointment.

This is what it looks like when you try to prove a negative.

Did you notice that the elevator footage was slightly sped up? That was interesting.

i like him specifically because he had to retreat to his car to get enough privacy, lol. I’ve worked white collar jobs that were like that… although I’ve had no car…

The poor guy has had enough of this repetitive questioning. He keeps having to repeat he doesn't recall any make up, and didn't see any kind of marks and injuries on AH. Now the lawyer has nothing to go on so she's trying to make it like well, you can't remember either way, then. And he's saying, look, I would have noticed bruising or swelling, but I didn't. This is so tiresome.

Fantastic summation! :)

Alexandjo was priceless!!! When he started smoking and driving....what can you say????

Wow, she completely staged it.

'Certainly looks that way to me! I haven't looked through the documents but I believe JD's legal team was able to extract this "metadata" to support staging... so, I'm expecting it will be shown in this case soon.

Wow, she completely staged it.

Which is JD’s team’s contention from the beginning.

they have said AH and her flying monkeys spilled the wine, broke the (potentially) sconce in the hallway, or whatever was represented by the later-shown broken hallway glass; turned over the clothing racks in the penthouse Amber was using as her walk-in closet her/themselves; and said after the fact that it was JD, with no more proof than Bredehoft’s harped-on contention that JD looks fidgety and suffused with nervous energy in the elevator with Sean Bett and whomever.

(I also note that we don’t have any more proof of what caused his agitated body language in the elevator, than we have proof of why AH looks flushed in the penthouse.)

It was priceless! I'm ready to have a party with Ike, Alexandjo, Keith and Johnny with a mega pint of wine AND muffins delivered by Dr Curry's husband :D (Makeup and bruise creams optional! Flying monkeys will be banned!)

I hope you're right and they do have the metadata .. that would be the icing on the muffins in my opinion. :D

… does the jury really need to be told that it’s highly unusual for someone in a client-facing situation
to see anyone with black eyes, and that if one does, it usually results in a mental marker/flag of the occurrence taking place in your brain??

the part about someone in AH’s claque trying to convince Alejandro that scratch marks on the penthouse door four inches above the floor indicated that a human had tried to jimmy the door open, and that they thus need him to check the penthouse for intruders before they enter it, is new and novel gold, lol.

I hope sincerely that we will see Brown Rudnick asking him about this.

Alejandro was D....O....N....E Done!
He didn't want to be a part in this at all.
He has answered questions previously...years ago...that he saw NOTHING. He wasn't there! He remembers seeing no marks of any kind on AH.
Maybe the repetitive and nonsense questions regarding makeup were over the top and too much for "Ali" to take.

Even the judge said just prior to lunch break, " Wow, I've never seen anything like that before" regarding him just up and driving away.
Dude rocks!
