Which is JD’s team’s contention from the beginning.

they have said AH and her flying monkeys spilled the wine, broke the (potentially) sconce in the hallway, or whatever was represented by the later-shown broken hallway glass; turned over the clothing racks in the penthouse Amber was using as her walk-in closet her/themselves; and said after the fact that it was JD, with no more proof than Bredehoft’s harped-on contention that JD looks fidgety and suffused with nervous energy in the elevator with Sean Bett and whomever.

(I also note that we don’t have any more proof of what caused his agitated body language in the elevator, than we have proof of why AH looks flushed in the penthouse.)

My personal opinion (having witnessed something similar in the past) is his realization that he knew he was being set up.

Wowowowow… with warnings about language for those sensitively inclined, I encourage everyone to listen to the below clip at least through the period of 34:00-43:00, wherein AH goes full-on head-spinning, pea-soup-spitting “Exorcist” on JD for nearly 10 minutes, before the onslaught finally wears him down to take his first below-the-belt verbal hit upon her.

https://ffxtrail.blob.core.windows.net/trail/Plaintiff John C. Depp, II/4-20-2022/Plt397-CL20192911-042022.M4A

(Context of the entire clip: it appears to have taken him over an hour to get her out of his house, because she’s in a snit where she refuses to be ferried anywhere by his security and insists upon an Uber (no idea how she got out there in the first place to the house; but at one point in the verbal onslaught she admits her goal was “trying to get you back”; so it’s eminently possible she took an Uber out there thinking that she was going to be invited to spend the night).)

It seems from the context as if security finally obtains her Uber; however, she won’t get into it.

The clip is also striking ahead of the 34-minute mark, largely if you want to see how relaxed and silent JD is, during a 15-20 minute lacuna wherein he clearly thinks he’s gotten her out of the house. (He did much better than I would, as I am a “talker-to-myselfer”; and the cell phone camera would have been getting several out-of-control mutterings during this same period on my part.) JD, conversely, is clearly prepping to play music, and in fact sits down to play a few minutes of music before the destroyer comes marching back in in full rant mode.

Do you know who was recording this one? I listened to it and I know AH said she didn't have a phone and couldn't call her own uber so I didn't know if that's because her phone was the one recording or ?

It seems it was JD because at the very end of the hour-plus video, once she’s spiritually weighed him down and waited him out, she’s cooing to a semi-passed-out JD about how they should just turn this recording on his nasty-wasty phone off.

I strongly suspect that if it hadn’t been set up to go straight to his iCloud, she would’ve tried her damndest to delete it or convince him to do so.

Besides… while I know that drunk/high people aren’t always the best vis-a-vis self evaluation; it seems hard to believe that AH thinks she sounds good in it; or that she should treasure it as some benchmark that will help her case.

here comes Christian

Go ahead Elaine…ask him if because of her clients accusations and that article she posted that Depp’s career suffered and his answer would probably be yes….but you won’t go there.

Carino is on to Elaine. He is not going to give her what she's looking for. He is extra careful in his answers

Thank you! I missed the part about turning the recording off! That was the strangest cooing .. like jekyll & hyde

as I think I said earlier, people with even the vaguest knowledge of Hollywood know it’s a small town; and every one of the people employed in it, knew exactly whom AH meant by her editorial; which IMO is what counts.

it’s not up to us; it’s up to his peers to decide whether or not to cast him again and what to believe about him.

If they don’t hire him, nobody can show up or not show up to watch his movies.

of course it was, IMO - because it seems based upon the evidence we have so far out of JD’s phone, that Amber ‘won’.

I don’t think she wound up going home in that Uber, at minimum.

It really surprises me that she didn't have access to his iCloud

This guy was totally stuck in the middle!
" Clowns to the left of me.....jokers to the right...."

Carino is complete, we jump immediately to Laura Wasser, JD's divorce attorney via video depo

he’s filling in a lot of blanks… I think the episode he’s describing in the hotel room is the previously mentioned ‘cut me’ debacle; and also backs up the audio where she admits to JD to trying to get him back.

Christian Carino might also have taken care of the Elon Musk topic, so we don’t need to see the latter.

I’m also pleased the anchors came out and stated how highly weird and inappropriate it is for her, an alleged scared DV victim running around with a TRO, to state that she plainly wants t0 flout it.

Lots of possibles, I don’t remembers, and I don’t recalls

Done for today. 2 1/2 hrs of deposition in the morning (yawn), then remote witnesses in the afternoon.
