I would imagine that Depp paid King double his normal rate to work for him...I mean "house manager" should not include having to deal with $75,000++ damages from two toxic adults. Watching that lifestyle and having to cater to it...well I bet there were many that started working with Depp and left.
I thought he said he was paid by Disney.

Done for today. 2 1/2 hrs of deposition in the morning (yawn), then remote witnesses in the afternoon.

Can you explain what that means? The lady attorney that was just being questioned .. is she done now? Or will JD's team question her?

That was Depp’s divorce attorney being questioned by Heard’s team (she was subpoenaed). I assume that they still have to show Depp’s team questioning her…but not sure.

Are all of these people just not available or why non stop video depos in this trial? Is this how civil cases are done? So few in person witnesses makes for a long boring day....thanks to Alejandro for the comic relief today.

Is that what they mean by 2 1/2 hour depositions? I guess I mean, is that ladies testimony considered a deposition since it is video taped?

Yes, that's what I heard, too... King was paid by Disney.

ETA: Trashed homes and hotel rooms by celebs have been around since... forever. I've never cleaned them but I've seen them (and that's all I'm gonna' say about that) ;)

Although these law enforcement’s depos seem repetitive, they are important that all of them are saying the same. Too bad they are so drawn out by these attorneys questions.
They are not going to SAY what Ambers lawyers want them to SAY!!!
Exhausting to the jury I hope!
No injuries .

Chanley Painter on CourtTV just confirmed that Elon Musk will not be appearing in this trial. Not in person or remotely.

Well, we can be thankful for that! It would have been more of a media circus than it is.

IIRC video exists of both of them - we’ve seen the stills of it in newspapers at least - so maybe they won’t be needed.

Hee hee… my friend was a night auditor at a luxury hotel chain for several years and he always says, you’d be shocked at how many plain old private citizens leave their hotel rooms in trashed conditions, ‘because they have paid for it’. It’s weird to me though.

Yep this behavior is across the board...once had to wait to move into an apartment as a very "high profile" professional football player and family had trashed it.

Would of love to have seen AH’s botox brows move around though….

Agree.

Just saying…Bredehoft’s demeanor rubs me the wrong way.

Agreed, jurors will not appreciate the lack of professionalism. Defense is hostile and passive aggressive. Just like their client. This will not bode well for Heard. MOO

current witness diagnosed AH with borderline personality disorder and histrionic personality disorder

Not at all surprised...very fitting. Everything is coming together now and making a lot of sense. I am very sad for this poor baby Amber had via a surrogate. Imagine having her as a mother. :( JMOO
