This happened a couple of days ago too. At first I thought she was posing but then it looked so "uneven" that I found it curious. I think it was during the psychologist's (psychiatrist's????) time as witness.

IMO of course she would do it then; because that gives her an excuse to not look at/react to the psychiatrist, as the psychiatrist is/was giving her (unflattering) diagnosis of AH.

Magic mushrooms and red wine

Chauffeur Starling Jenkins III tells the court that Amber Heard "got sick" at Coachella Festival. "She was throwing up."

He says she took magic mushrooms and drank red wine "on an empty stomach".

He says he saw no injuries on Heard during the festival and had never witnessed any physical abuse.

AH cousenl to the current witness (JD security) "there is nothing wrong with wanting to spend time with your friends at a music festival after being abused by your husband right?"

DUDE WTF? How is that sort of question even allowed? JD team is sleeping today on the objections

Dispute about the missing phone

Amber Heard's lawyer Ben Rottenborn is now questioning Johnny Depp's chauffeur and security guard Starling Jenkins III about the phone he just told the court was found in Skid Row.

Mr Rottenborn says that it actually wasn't found six miles away, it was "right below the building". Mr Jenkins disagrees.

Mr Jenkins is taken back to his testimony in the UK 2020 libel trial, when Depp sued The Sun.

His statement in that case said that the Find My Phone app indicated the phone was "somewhere on the streets below the balcony".

Mr Jenkins says it was found on Skid Row.
.......

Court back on Monday.

The denouement of this story is sort of sweet, I thought, lol.

I wondered if the homeless person asked for so much stuff because he was trying to take care of his whole crew.

ETA: I mean this one:

https://www.mirror.co.uk/3am/celebrity-news/amber-heard-claims-johnny-depp-22423384

This wouldn't be necessarily worthy of any comment/highlighting, if not for the fact that part of Amber's purported diary said that this was when "[Johnny] hit me several times"; and frankly, he's the only one who looks like he's got black eyes; as well as the red mark thicker than Bert and Ernie's eyebrows over the bridge of his nose.

And, The Sun reported this about the honeymoon:

Ms Heard also claimed Depp, 57, wrapped his shirt around her neck.

The couple stayed in a luxury cabin on the train in July 2015 to celebrate their marriage — but it is alleged the romance was quickly marred by Depp’s violent behaviour.

Pirates of the Caribbean star Depp is said to have attacked Ms Heard, hit her in the face and grabbed her by the throat.

Ms Heard’s diary entry detailing the alleged attack was read out in London’s High Court.

It said: “Our fight was terrible. J finally at one point found himself with his shirt wrapped around my neck.

**Anyone see marks on her neck?? No marks except on Johnny Depp in the photo! I guess she didn't share that miracle cream with him. imo

absolutely, which was why it has never set right with me as a statement.

because even if we assume her awesome makeup skills covered all, why wouldn’t she share her stuff with him?? Did she want him to look in public like he’d been clouted? If he refused to accept her help in covering up this blatant hit, why? Shouldn’t he be at his most pliable and susceptible to her talking him into things on their honeymoon?

By reading the posts here every day, I get the sense that most posters were well versed in the AH/JD relationship way before this trial began. Thus, opinions had already been formed.

I knew nothing of AH when this trial started and don't follow celebrity news, so it's been easy to have an open mind. Having said that, I innocently have deduced that nearly everyone following this trial is on team-Johnny. Looking forward to next week's testimony.

I couldn't have told you 5 things about AH before this trial began, lol! After reading just a bit about the UK trial and other things... I became firm JD supporter. However, I am anxious to see how ALL the evidence is presented in court (from both sides).

No doubt the Find MyPhone app was correct in that minute of time. Mr Jenkins went down to look for the phone but and JMO a homeless man came by, spotted the phone, picked it up and left the area pronto. Making his way to Skid Row. Could be.

I don’t know Los Angeles personally, but this court filing says/claims DTLA’s Skid Row encompasses fifty (!) blocks:

FindLaw's United States Ninth Circuit case and opinions.

lotta territory rolled up in that description…

I don't know LA sorry I'm unable to lead the way. Mind you I don't recollect hearing fifty blocks. I'm tired, am I'm the UK and the case tonight didn't end until almost 10,30pm. I'm tired, blurry eyed and have one more place to visit. Portugal/Germany.

The point is…crazy violent AH threw JDs phone off a balcony. She threw it regardless of where it landed.
And don’t make us all look at her closet photos with those overturned clothes, hangers & ugly black shoes. Boo hoo.

MOO

Mr Connoly states he witnessed a flying full soda can come crashing in to the TV from upstairs in the Penthouse. He didn't see AH, but heard her voice.

Goodness! She was wild! She was dangerous!

Can you imagine the outrage if JD was the one who threw the full soda can?

When Heard testifies next week, are we going to hear entry after entry from her diary?

IMO, the biggest moment of trial today, was the admission from the ACLU attorney that indeed, they all did know that the article written was about JD. The written e-mail exchanges were discussing their plans to "change the wording" so as to protect them (ACLU) from any defamation issues. See e-mail between Robin Sculman to Sean T. Walsh in the evidence folder. Parts of the original or first draft op ed is in the email. AH's own words. They (ACLU) knew, and admitted it today.
That is the crux of this case.
Amber Heard can and will have her chance to tell her side of the story, but the 'receipts' have already been collected. IMO, Defamation by AH was proven today.

I agree. I can't help but wonder what JD's legal team is thinking about possible action against the ACLU. ??

Absolutely correct! I sure hope the jurors realized it, too!
