Wowowow! Apparently one of the photos submitted by AH for evidence during the Australia March 2015 'incident' is possibly actually from 2014 due to the newspaper shown in the photo!!!

A long ten-day wait until trial resumes. I came to this thread neutral as I knew nothing about AH and little about JD except for viewing a few movies of his that I really liked. I've watched every minute of the trial so far. I thought JD's testimony sounded like celeb-talk. I thought AH's testimony sounded false. jmo.

Well Chelly...we are still on exactly the same page...nice analysis...this trial is crazy...and I expect it to get even crazier with this long break!

Wow. Thought Elon Musk had more sense than to get mixed up with a psycho like AH.

To be fair (to any unfortunate soul that has or will have, been involved with AH), abusive folks rarely show those colors right away, and/or at the beginning of a relationship. They tend to let that side show little by little as time goes on. I'm sure we all agree it doesn't have anything to do with the abused not having good sense, but that the abuser is really good at keeping their ugly side hidden, at first.

Yep it does. Also it would be extremely weird to have a 6 month old print edition of a London based UK paper lying around a mansion in Australia.

Only read a few witness statements so far and have already found quite a few inconsistencies as it pertains to this trial.

Have you read AH's 1st witness statement yet? I am about half way through it and if I didn't know better (which I don't), I would think she is reading it almost word for word on her testimony for this trial. Seems a little too rehearsed to me. But to be fair, I have not read JD's yet .. so maybe his is the same.

Depp’s attorney David Sherborne asked that Heard be barred from using her cellphone while in court. The lawyer further requested that Henriquez be kept out of the courtroom while Depp’s team produced a video clip that shows Heard being violent toward her sister, the paper said.

Both of these 'experts' on Court TV were not buying the Over-Dramatized Act that is Amber Heard. It seems very few if any, on the outside of the courtroom walls is either.

Amber's got seven, that's right seven... sounds like Sherborne had a hell of a time getting any straight answers out of her as well, they having to go back to the clarification well six more.

If you find JD's #1 please let me know, as I'd be curious - last time I checked, Nick was not able to get it (JD completed a total of three).

He also, IIRC, was not able to get much (if any) of the therein referred-to evidences, which makes things complicated.

Oh, sadly all the evidence references in all the documents are lacking, LOL. Some courts in the US would include them as exhibits at the back of the documents; this UK court, apparently not so much... so anytime the document alludes to a picture, agreement, text, whatever, with reference markers "a copy of this has been included at/as JD3", or whatever the piece of evidence was named; we don't get to see it, that I recall.

Whitney is on Amber's list, IIRC; but her father is not, which strikes me as interesting. Maybe he's too much of a loose cannon to be included and even Amber knows to avoid him; or it's OK to talk smack about JD's family members but her father is off limits, which wouldn't surprise me either.

Also, now that I think of it, it's possible that Whitney is scheduled to appear via taped deposition. Many of the purported Heard witnesses had that box checked off, if I recall correctly.

Huh, interesting. Maybe JD will get really lucky, and she'll get sanctioned for Whitney like she's doubtless getting sanctioned for the metadata screw-up; and have all of Whitney's deposition thrown out.

I also almost forgot that Camille had stuck in her opening argument, pertaining to the former, the information that we weren't going to get/see any decently clear corroborating abuse pictures out of AH, which, if the bruise on arm is as good as it gets...

After watching this, they showed a clip of Heard and there was an objection and she blurted that “after” Ben had given these photos is when that triggered her (about the square bottle) and that’s why she just remembered. I’ll have to go back and re-watch her testifying to this.

My question is did Ben King take this trigger photo after that altercation with all the other photos he took? If so, it clearly shows this square bottle she claims was used in the SA was sitting on a table, not the floor or wherever. Also, iirc she testified that she took that photo with the two bottles sitting on the table in the morning. So, which is it?
