I have a hunch, AH's team (if not AH herself as well) has been scouring the internets looking for reaction to her presence on the stand last week, and that when we next see her, she'll possibly even address some of those things. Such as, figure out a way to actually cry, real tears. Or stop saying "I remember" while shaking her head no, or a variety of the other phoney baloney things she did last week that so many body language experts pick up on.

I would have to check for a source so take this as MOO, but I believe that the ex says it was all a misunderstanding and taken out of context.
I *think* that it was airport staff that reported AH and had her arrested but again I will check the Google

Not sure about this because it was very confusing in the UK… IMO Ben King’s testimonies in both continents are key.

I do recall at minimum he said he found no nightgown, bloody or otherwise, nor mashed potatoes and spinach, in his appearance in VA.

some one else has said she had some sort of previous faradiddle surrounding a group Thanksgiving at Marilyn Manson’s (yes I know, lol); but had dropped it when someone found some incontrovertible proof saying this did not happen; at least, Thanksgiving has not as of yet appeared in Elaine’s timeline (and it’s been undisputed that the meal involved, at minimum, son Jack and at least one of the host’s parents).

And, well, it at least sounds like a thanksgiving meal, doesn’t it? Or like something that, I don’t know, an actress might rehearse hard ahead of time as part of one anecdote, and then not be able to unwed herself from these details while in the middle of another story, forgetting which belongs to which? But I digress; the points we need to know incontrovertibly to answer this question are, IMO:

(1) which pictures are Ben’s and which are Amber’s?

(2) what do the people on the Australia tape appear to say about broken glass and, most importantly, blood?

(3) had Ben King cleaned anything major up before he took the photos?

(4) were the fingertip searchers cleaning up as they went? If so, what exactly did they clean, and how long did they spend on it? Surely it’s not so easy to crunch round on miles of broken glass even shod; however, you can also see/agree that finding his finger takes precedence over what you have to clamber over and around.

I can't figure out how AH took any photos of the damage in Australia since it was her phone that made the 5 hour recording .. unless she took them before anyone arrived? I do know that Ben testified that he took a lot of photos (more than 10 but he thinks less than 20)? I guess that's why I think most of the photos are from him and not from AH.

Ben King did testify that he did not see or have to replace any of the homeowners art work. And he does not remember any broken glass table in the sitting room.

Why does she keep saying 'I remember', it's odd and inauthentic. Is it her way of implying 'this really happened' and therefore I remember it. Like a form of coercive linguistics?

It was… her three-day ‘hostage situation’, ‘barricaded myself behind ‘closed doors’, even though i knew there were 3 other entrances in the room he could use to get to me, and went to sleep using sleeping pills’, nightmare.

I… don’t think we know? I havent seen that part of her testimony yet, I‘m stuck somewhere in ‘pinned me next to the fridge’. Be something if she skipped right over the entire part where the end of his finger blew off, wouldn’t it?

So far her testimony is that she can't really remember the sequence of things and didn't know he injured his finger until the next morning after she woke up from taking the sleeping pills .. she thinks he may have injured it when he was smashing the wall phone (that as far as we know, never existed) .. and that was before the SA

Now I'm confused

Yeah, the divorce settlement was very clear about no public disparaging comments (implied or otherwise) from either side. AH unequivocally breached her NDA agreement with that Op Ed.

But she doesn't remember how she went to sleep, she did take a bunch of sleeping pills,well not a bunch,just like 2 or something which is a lot for her and she knows she went to sleep because she woke up...... Its a puzzle alright
