But she doesn't remember how she went to sleep, she did take a bunch of sleeping pills, well not a bunch, just like 2 or something which is a lot for her and she knows she went to sleep because she woke up...... Its a puzzle alright

.....In a linear kind of way.

She went on to confirm that the bottle didn't hit her or anyone else.
Barkin was also asked if Depp had ever hit her, "No, he did not," she said. Barkin also confirmed that he never kicked her or physically assaulted her in any way either.

I also saw a defense attorney on TikTok today who said ‘any time you have to dredge up 25 year old information, you know you’re dealing with a party who has no case.’

Oh thank you, I DO remember this!! … ok, well I’m glad she had to clarify to the jury that she woke up, she is sitting there in front of them after all.

So, their witness list includes Ellen Barkin, who's going to testify that Johnny never abused her but threw a bottle at the wall, but not all of the people that were horrified in the car when Johnny allegedly hung the dog out the window?

Pretty much… we don’t even know if any of the people who were at the Eastern Columbia building for the incident are going to show up yet.

and she thinks this is going to bolster her claim of being abused how?

I was going to ask if she was even born when this happened .. but then I decided not to go there

Pennington, Drew and Marz are all by depo, so none of them are showing up for her.

Marz too? This’ll be a first, I think, as she never gave a UK witness statement. I wonder what she’ll have to say/add, because I just reread Rocky’s, and it seems like a real potential objection/hearsay thicket or farm. ‘I heard this from Amber and one other person on the plane’ (the kicking incident, fr’ex - would be nice if she had named this person, no?)

Silly question .. but who is Marz? and I wonder if Penningtons depo was given before or after her fight with AH?

ETA .. found it .. she is the friend that was living with/working with Pennington & Drew during the May 2016 incident.

She is trapped in a teenage-spoiled-bubble in my opinion. I cringed when she described JD as twice her age. A stretch. She went after him. Never left the building when things got (her version)rough. Moved her sister and all her” friendys “into the other penthouses.
Like a tribe of users.

He left her better than he found her.
She could not leave well enough alone.
She set out to destroy him.
And its totally backfired.

I just reread Drews .. and oh boy .. not only is there going to be hearsay, but there is definitely some major inconsistencies with his story.

In one of Drew's depos or his UK testimony, it was revealed that AH was paying his attorney fees. Hopefully Depp's team will be allowed to play that part. Seems only fair since the defense kept asking about JD's witnesses being on his payroll.

CTV has behavior experts on tonight. You can rewind if you want to watch from the beginning.

I couldn't agree more! She didn't realize how good she had it and got a little too greedy. Seems like they didn't see each other all that often with their schedules and when she did see him, she couldn't hide her ugly. It's all about control for her. If he would have just continued to pay the bills for her "tribe" and bowed down to her demands, she would have never had to teach him a lesson  I can say .. she would have never left if he hadn't have forced it. But he had to make her think it was "her idea" .. everything has to be done on their terms. It's like making a deal with the devil .. MOO

Something which I didn't always catch the first time, but which now makes me side-eye upon the re-watch of AH's testimony is that she tells her story from the perspective of the camera a lot. Like she is watching in third person. Like how would she know a boot was touching her back on the plane? Or how Johnny's eyes looked if he was kneeing her into the bed face down and pummeling the back of her head? Quite often when she describes violent actions being done to her, she mimes the attacker in that scenario (pulling hair, punching etc). Several times she slips up with the pronouns, "I loosened my grip", or "when he was walking away". JMO but I think she is fabricating and also flipping roles, pretending to be the victim in incidents where she was more likely the aggressor.

I can't stress enough that multiple audio recordings are out there and easily accessible. It will show just how manufactured the woman on the stand testifying is, compared to (in my opinion) the real AH. Contrast is frightening.

And don't even get me started on her own drug and alcohol abuse issues.

I liked the part where he said he got into Johnny’s face, lol… I was like, ‘sure you did’.

it also doesn’t say much for … somebody’s character, that he and Rocky both married each other and divorced in the interim, either. I guess they didn’t really know each other any better than JD and AH…?

Oh, I remember that too… I think it was a point that was repeated for other of the penthouse AH witnesses - she paid for them to be repped by her lawyers; or, I guess JD did, and thus kept on paying for all the freeloaders.

i was also reminded by her own depo that Rocky said she had been friends with Amber since age 17; which is a pretty long time to keep a friend only to lose them utterly.

Someone in the behavior analysis realm said it - it’s like she’s writing a script, and that’s legit true to some extent, because a script is always written as if the camera was the/an eye looking at the events unfolding.

Has the same style, and leaching similarities to the Manson cult and Denis Wilson story. Hollywood should rescreen the movie Fatal Attraction, staring AH and JD.:D I even read somewhere that AH claimed 'Boo' the dog in the divorce settlement and no one knows where he is.

Why does she keep saying 'I remember', it's odd and inauthentic. Is it her way of implying 'this really happened' and therefore I remember it. Like a form of coercive linguistics?

I watched the latest installment of The Behavior Panel as they analysed clips of her testimony. Panelist CH stated a stat whereby someone counted the number of times AH said the phrase: "I remember." She has said "I remember" an astonishing 187 times during her testimony thus far.
