this french chateau stuff.....AH says she was punched across the jaw, flew into church furniture, slapped in the face...is this new stuff?
I don’t think I ever heard tell of it before, but then again, sometimes UK testimony was confusing, with little to no visual aids.

'He exposed my breast and tied a shirt around my neck'

We move to August 2015, when Amber Heard and Johnny Depp were travelling on the Eastern Oriental train in Southeast Asia. In her witness statement, Heard says Depp hit her, and pushed her against a wall by grasping her throat and holding her there, causing her to fear for her life.

Describing the alleged attack, Heard says: "He could not even mean to kill me..." She says she often feared he would kill her during one of their arguments without meaning to. She goes on: "I remember looking down on him... Clawing at him trying to get his arms away from my neck. At one point I remember him ripping my shirt, and one of my breasts became exposed... I pulled at his lapel and his shirt tore... He ripped it off and put it around my neck."

She says she woke up later like that, with damage to her head.

…so where does she mention the part where she clouted him in the face, as pictured above?

No, wait, let me guess… she’s going to say he punches himself in the face.

Sorry not sorry, guys, I officially hate her.

Because AH had previously said that he had drunk lots of tea, and now turned it into alcohol to make him look like a drunk.
yep, AH does like to double down. Yeah, poor little gal from the sticks didn't realize all that tea was brown liquor.

Oh, wow.....I do not believe her punch explanation.

Why do I feel like whiskey is in fact very popular in Texas?

Surely if he vomits a lot he would know? I mean it would still be there if he woke up in it?.
My husband went out for work drinks last week and he came home in a huge state, he fell asleep on the toilet (I heard him snoring ). About 2 minutes after I prodded him to wake him up,he started vomiting and it lasted about 10 mins. It was everywhere, all over him,all over the bathroom, just gross. I made him up a bed on the sofa and surrounded the bloody fool with puppy pads, made him drink a pint of water and cleaned up as best I could before I went to bed and slept lightly, listening out for more vomiting for exactly the reason Amber Heard is claiming.
When he woke up the next morning he knew he had been sick, and I had cleaned most of it up :mad:.

Yes folks,my husband is a 52 yr old idiot who thought it was a good idea to try and match drinking with 20 somethings o_O:oops::p

Notice how they are only playing parts of those tapes when Heard is soft spoken. We’ve heard otherwise. Jury will too…on cross

I’m pretty sure she has uploaded a clip of this ‘throwing up’ into her evidence, where it is very obvious to anyone who has ever been ill, smoked, etc., is a small to moderate phlegm expectoration.

He’s also clearly standing on his feet and in his right mind when it happens, as you can hear the toilet flush directly after.

yep, AH does like to double down. Yeah, poor little gal from the sticks didn't realize all that tea was brown liquor.
OMG, you’re right… and she’s also trying to imply that the first ‘he drank tea. Lots and lots of tea’ when they first met was in fact, drumroll … whiskey!

I have a mani/pedi appointment at 11:00 and didn't want to get started watching the trial knowing that I'll have to leave at 10:45. I'll definitely tune in this afternoon.

the you weren't punched audio is all about how she was only talking about how she is forced to always defend herself - we've only just begun kids and I am already hoping for a break soon. She is really annoying me with her nonsensical rewriting of history right in front of my eyes.

I will say she has gotten her facial expressions (the contempt, the wincing and trying to create emotion that she can't approximate, etc.) under better control since she was last on the stand. Still not anymore believable, the acting hasn't improved MOO

Well, of course she only kept clips in which she hadn’t lost her temper as her evidence, lol.

Sex scene body double caused Depp to 'freak out'

The court is still hearing about the relationship in 2015, and Amber Heard describes a sex scene in the film London Fields that she says caused Johnny Depp to "freak out", telling the court it was "because unbeknownst to me they used a body double to do a sex scene, so I have an incredibly jealous man who's already irate with me because I've broken the rules and done a sex scene."

She says Depp was already cross with her because she had entertained doing a TV job with the actor J Franco, which she says "would also require brief nudity". The court has previously heard that Depp was jealous of Franco. Heard calls the situation a "pressure cooker" and goes on to call it "a week of hell".

She says the couple watched a screener of London Fields at his chateau in France, telling the court "Johnny at one point slapped me in the face in the bedroom of chateau we were staying in, punched me in the jaw, he either pushed or threw me - it's hard to say - but I went flying into this old church furniture. It was the first time I had ever sustained a concussion. I wrote about it later."

According to the Daily Mail, the petition to remove AH from A-man II is now near THREE million signatures. Wow, if true.

Amateur opinion and speculation

serious question: are Quaaludes still a thing? I thought the manufacture was banned back in the 80s?

This picture being shown now of her supposed bruised temple…all I see are darker roots
