Amber Heard tells the court she discovered a folder on Johnny Depp's laptop titled "NO FUN FOR JD".

She says it contained photos of her from press tours she had been on, with red carpet images "of what he thought were inappropriate images of me with side boob, cleavage... that kind of thing".



She says Depp never asked how she got any of the scars she says can be seen on her body in the photos.

The lawyer asks if Depp would ever injure himself in front of her, and she says he would. Heard says: "He would often cut his arms, or hold a knife to his chest. Cut his arms, superficially at first. Put cigarettes out on his face... He once did it right in front of me, screaming in my face as he put the cigarette out on his cheek."

'Vomiting in his sleep'​

The court is played a piece of audio in which Amber Heard and Johnny Depp can be heard disputing, and Depp can be heard seeming to wretch.

Heard berates Depp in the recording for "the time you passed out naked in the bathroom" and that tells him that he regularly "vomits in his sleep". She tells the court: "I was in the habit of turning him on his side so he didn't asphyxiate. At one time when I was doing that, he swung at me".

She says after that she got advice, and stopped physically turning him, but would listen out to hear if he was choking so she could get help if needed. She says the problem was that he would sometimes pass out behind locked doors.

We then hear a different piece of the audio of the couple again arguing, and in which we can hear Depp accusing Heard of hitting him. She says she hasn't "swung at him" and tells the court she was simply defending herself, as she would when he was "proactively hitting me".

She reminds the court he is "twice as big as me". In the audio we also hear them arguing over the bathroom door allegedly hitting him, and Depp accusing Heard of slamming it into him.

Heard explains to the court that "I knew he was coming for me... He was not in his right mind and misunderstood that interaction". She says she was also in pain as the door had hit her toes, and she was scared.

In a third extract of the audio Heard can be heard discussing them both taking accountability for their actions. She tells the court "no matter what I did, he still hit me".

I’m telling you guys… trying to avoid catching a perjury charge.

That’s why she’s simultaneously saying he did all these things and ‘never seemed to remember’.

Only thing is, in order for him to ‘never seem to remember’, it also has to involve things like him looking at pictures which would clearly bear her out as a liar, if anyone else in fact looked at them.

At first, she says she had to get out of bed to collect dogs and now she says they put the dog in the bed to keep her from crapping? But then the dog craps in the bed? Makes no sense. Why would you regularly put the dog in the bed to stop it from popping but it wasn't in the bed with you already? And then, when you put her in the bed, she caps? The very thing you say she won't do in the bed?
