I mean, maybe Amber tried to say it; but the holder of the meeting denied it… he said, it was a business meeting, of course we didn’t drink.

I wouldn’t 100 percent rule out his stopping by a liquor store or bar afterwards: I doubt the accountant would lie under oath.

I'm pretty sure the accountant testified that JD didn't have any alcohol at the meeting, and was not intoxicated. I doubt a glass in the car would have gotten him drunk. I'm not much of a drinker, and one glass doesn't do much for me. One glass for a heavy drinker would be nothing.

You did read that, because I read the Josh Drew UK transcript last night and in it he says Amber has paid for his lawyer.

That seems sketchy to me. I would think that would be a conflict of interest.

AH's testimony was that he was drunk. If he wasn't drunk, then whether he had a drink is neither here nor there.

Right? A lot of what she said I would consider hearsay. She only has Amber's word for what happened and she could say anything she wanted.

He also seems to be quite a jealous,or at least quite an insecure person so I think that would grate on him. He should be able to be objective about that though because those are his issues,not his partners although I get the impression AH would use it as a stick with which to beat him.
