There are discrepancies in the pictures of AH's face for May 21st 2016 incident. She has different earrings in her right ear, and different necklace chains. Very suspect since she claimed they were all taken at the exact same time by Rocky Pennington.

Maybe,in addition to taking multiple shots in different lighting she also needed to get them with different accessories too?, you know,to see which ones brought out the bruising best for the camera?

oh, but you forget, this was him ‘on the nod’, lol; and she can guarantee it because… she’s some type of medical or addiction expert (Even though she claims she also never knew that detox was a disgusting harrowing process where the addict may in fact scream things at you, etc. Nope, his medical team just let 21st century Florence Nightingale/Pollyanna hybrid walk right on in there…)

I believe someone said it was the day after his mother died. I could of course be wrong.

AH placed the cabinet slamming in February 2016, I believe. His mom died May 20, 2016, and he was at the penthouse on May 21, 2016.

When AH was trying to muster tears, talking about why she had to get a divorce, she once again started overdoing it. Talking about she had shingles, panic attacks, and was losing weight. She said security always let him in when she told them not to? It's like when was all this happening? She said she wanted to change her locks? Issac said she was doing that the very next day.

She also acts like she has no idea that JD was going out of town. What was all this fear if JD was on his way on tour?

When questioned about pictures and documents not being produced in court it seemed to me she was blaming her lawyers for not showing them. Is she turning on them now? She's cornered now, and tomorrow nothing will surprise me.

I will surely be watching the entire cross again, (as I was adoringly interrupted a few times ). One comment I managed to see while watching the live stream said, " Nuclear Takedown of Heard".
It really was just as delicious as I imagined 10 days ago.

I wasn't impressed with her makeup tutorial. You can google and memorize what to say about that, and she's a decent enough actress to repeat it. But then she doubles down on how she ALWAYS wears makeup, the two foundations, I'm guessing? Well, wouldn't they at least blur that bruise she had on her face at the courthouse? My regular foundation can cover up freckles, so I assume they'd lighten a bruise. That blotch she had on her face at the courthouse looked unencumbered.

I thought she was hinting that the judge was not allowing her photos, for some reason. But I think, if that is the case, it would be because they cannot be dated or verified, etc.

Good analysis of the defamation claims in the Hollywood Reporter:

..."the allegedly defamatory statements in Heard’s Washington Post column are: 1. “I spoke up against sexual violence—and faced our culture’s wrath.”; 2. “Then two years ago, I became a public figure representing domestic abuse, and I felt the full force of our culture’s wrath for women who speak out.”; 3. “I had the rare vantage point of seeing, in real time, how institutions protect men accused of abuse.”

Judge Penney S. Azcarate... ruled that the statements were enough to imply to readers that Depp abused Heard in light of the couple’s highly publicized divorce....

But the vagueness of the disputed statements, which don’t specify how or when she was abused, may make it difficult for Depp to vindicate himself.

“If I’m on the jury, all she’s implying is that at some point in the past, there was some form of physical or maybe emotional abuse by him to her,” Berlik says. “She doesn’t really get into it or say exactly what happened. If that’s the case, then all she really needs is any evidence that, at some point in the past, he hit her, pushed her, or screamed in her face or did something that can be regarded as abusive. I think Depp will have a tough time.”

As to the bolded above, I think that is still a win for JD. EVERY marriage has someone yelling or saying something derogatory, or not speaking to each other all day, etc etc. That is normal when people are together, esp during the long pandemic.

But I think Depp really wanted people to put his 'abuse' into perspective. She was trying to cash in on the MeToo movement and making herself out to be a poor, helpless victim, who was beaten to a pulp by a violent sex offender.

The reality, IMO, is that they were both both verbally abusive, and they were both excitable and it was a toxic situation. But she was not 'trapped' by a violent madman. She was a manipulative person and she made up much of those abuse stories in order to get revenge upon him. And that is what he hopes to prove to the public. JMO

Today was a devastating blow, to both mr pr dude and to AH. He wasn't visible at all in the court room front and center as usual. ( Probably in hiding somewhere) And I honestly have never seen AH run out of the courtroom as fast as she did today. There was no stopping to visit with her 'team'...no posing for a quick photo shoot....NADA. She bolted out of the court doors! I really don't think she can ever recover from the precision cuts given by Camille Vasquez. Multiple lies were exposed, and it was exquisite !!!

Thought this would be interesting share here cause I saw it pointed out somewhere else. Makes you wonder if Amber realizes that when she threw her lawyers under the bus today in regards to sending all the pics to them and it not being her job etc to show the pics that she made them witnesses that could be called in rebuttal.
