We really could use a lawyer to weigh in on this, but I could swear that in the UK extra witness statements are generated because the opposing attorney is trying to clarify vagueries they found in the prior statements.

It would help if Camille pointed this out.

‘A big grain of addict salt…’, lol, she’s got some nerve to say that, when his accountant, the person on the other side of the meeting, has in fact testified in front of her that JD did go to the meeting, as well as just exactly what they discussed…

If she's attempting to come across as believable, she's going to be dearly disappointed.
And to be frank, I understand even better now why JD sued her.

Heard denies editing photographs

The court is being shown two photographs of Heard following an alleged attack by Depp in May 2016.

Depp's lawyer Camille Vasquez says: "You testified yesterday the only difference between these two photographs is the light was turned on."

Heard replies: "That is what it appears to be, yes."

Ms Vasquez then asks Heard to confirm whether the light is on in both pictures.

Heard says that it looks to her as though the picture on the left has a vanity light while the one on the right does not.

The lawyer asks: "Isn't it true you just edited these photographs?"

"No I have never edited a photograph," Heard says.

Ms Vasquez goes on to ask Heard if she "just enhanced the saturation on one of these photographs to make her face look more red".

Heard says: "No that's incorrect, I didn't touch it."

I can only guess she was instructed to look at the jury when she answers questions, as well as answering in the affirmative "that is correct". Problem is, it all looks and sounds fake, robotic, and highly annoying.

Word is from the courtroom during the morning break is that the jury is focused on CamilleVasquez this morning and rarely turning their head to look at the jury.

It gives me pleasure that the jury may be ignoring her. I mean this in the kindness manner possible.

Lol, I predict this won’t end well, considering that Camille said in open, ‘the majority of photos Ms Heard turned over were in fact found in the editing folder of a popular piece of photo editing software.’
