'Do you think it's funny to hit your husband in the head?'

The court is now played a video recording of part of Amber Heard's deposition from her application to file a temporary restraining order (TRO) on Johnny Depp, filmed on 13 August 2016.

Sat against a blue background, and eating some kind of snack, Heard chats with someone off screen in the video, while she listens to a portion of the same audio we've just been played.

Depp's lawyer Camille Vasquez asks why Heard roles her eyes and "sniggers" during the video. She asks: "Do you think it's funny to hit your husband in the head? Is there something amusing about punching your husband in the jaw?"

Heard says no, there is nothing funny about that, but says she was sat with a large group of lawyers at the time, who she says were rolling their eyes at her and laughing.

Gaslighting again. This happens when the victim questions their sanity, perception if reality, or told they didn't remember it right.

"Johnny is not an accurate historian of what happened during that period of time, I’ll guarantee you,” Heard said."

This makes me sick!

LOL, seeing Ben's anticipation of them playing this clip about paps is cracking me up

Door incident: So in the recording AH claims JD is trying to get in to the room that she is in. Today it is clear and agreed by both sides that JD was in the bathroom. Isn't that perjury again at one time or another, or did I miss something? IMO.

AH is truly terrifying. She got away with her lies in the UK trial so she thinks she can do the same here. And of course she is the smartest person in the room /sarcasm. MOO

Yes...it is very disturbing...

The way AH keeps smirking and giving the little “it’s ok I’m strong although this is tough” head bow/smirk to her juror friend is annoying!!!!

Is AH denying that incident with her ex partner at the Seattle airport even if there were witnesses?

I wish Camille had said : do you think it appropriate to eat, deal with crumbs on the table while the tape of you being abusive to your husband is played?

IMO AH acts so pompous, not afraid at all criminally . Above the law.
She acts like a sociopath!

Her claim is that it was a homophobic LEO (who she was unaware is apparently a out lesbian in a long term relationship who is anything but) that "misunderstood" seeing her assault her romantic partner ;)

More cops lying on AH

Did she just actually try to mimic JD's tone of voice?
I swear, this woman is astoundingly unprofessional.

Heard accused of giving divorce scoop to TMZ

Yesterday, Amber Heard told the court that when she left the court room back in August 2016 after giving a deposition, she was "shocked" at the "sea of photographers" waiting for her.

Johnny Depp's lawyer Camille Vasquez asks if it's correct she was accompanied by her publicist, and Heard says yes. Ms Vasquez says that shows she was anticipating some form of public interest. Heard reiterates that she had not been expecting so many people.

We are then played another piece of the filmed deposition, in which Heard says that the online celebrity gossip site "TMZ had been alerted" of her application to file a temporary restraining order (TRO) against Depp. After she says that, Heard throws her hands to her face and looks a little shocked. Ms Vasquez says to her: "You slipped up". She says Heard was the one who had tipped TMZ off about the TRO, and that it had been a mistake to say it in open court. She asks if Heard was paid for supplying the story.

Heard says no, as she wasn't the one who had leaked the scoop on her divorce, going on to say: "If I had wanted to leak things about Johnny, I could have done it in a much more successful way, a bigger way over the years."

Johnny to his lawyer on why he doesn't look her in the eye: "I don't want to" lol. I don't blame him.
