IMO, Brown Rudnick is not the least bit worried about any of this because they know they still have a rebuttal case ahead of them; and the more time they save now, the more time they have to put on rebuttal witnesses.
I understand the temptation to be worried for the sake of truth and general fairness.
In reality, Brown Rudnick is a multimillion-dollar international law firm; and what this team doesn't know firsthand, they have entire specialty divisions from whence to draw an attorney whose specialty it in fact is.
IMO they're not the least bit fussed.
I feel so unintelligent right now .. this whole time you've been mentioning that name and I thought it was the attorney that is seated to JD's right during trial .. I didn't realize this was the name of the law firm
