IMO, her team didn’t have the evidence to work with. Seriously. They had her words and those were laced with lies and embellishments. And she is not likeable, not believable, and totally arrogant.

I mean, she’s clearly giving Amber a run for her money in the acting department, but I can’t think the judge enjoys this disrespect…

My guess is $500K.

I can't quite see them paying her $1 million for this when their female "lead" is getting $2 million.

Even if Nicole did make more $$ (not sure what her quote is for a supporting character), they certainly wouldn’t tell AH if so.

AH, IMO, has falsely accused someone of SA. Ripping out the pages of her book was an annoying, juvenile prank at worst. I can't get het up about it, considering. I can't see how it would be the cause of a lack of chemistry.

Also, AH doesn't believe they have bad chemistry. She thinks it's an excuse to cut her role. So from her POV there is no chemistry issue.

The point is that Momoa, on the basis of his own actions and words, comes across as a really unpleasant individual.

Social media and internet analytics expert Doug Bania is now being cross examined by Amber Heard's team.

Mr Bania has analysed various negative social media posts regarding Heard, including searches for the terms "abuse", "sexual violence" and "fake sexual violence".

He is asked if he looked into any "online bullying campaign against Mr Depp following Amber Heard's op-ed". He says he did not analyse that.

Mr Bania is asked about his analysis of Q Scores, and also refered back to his written testimony. We are again shown the social media overview of Heard and comparable actors, and Heard's team are raising the fact that actress Ana de Armas has fewer Instagram followers than Heard on this overview.

Heard's lawyer also ask if he has an alternative set of comparable actors he would like to suggest, and Mr Bania says he does not.



The court is now shown a graph showing various spikes in tweets using the hashtag #JusticeForJohnnyDepp at various times between February 2020 and April 2021.



Mr Bania says he was not analysing whether the tweets about Heard were positive or negative, simply if he believes they had any link to the statements by attorney Adam Waldman.

Depp's team have no extra questions for Mr Bania, so his testimony is now over.

Knight was present at the hicksville outing that others have testified about on AH's behalf. This one refutes some of that testimony. He was only recently discovered when a mutual friend reached out and said basically (paraphrased) did you see what so and so testified to about Hicksville? That is not how you said things went down, can I have attorneys call you?

The judge, Penney Azcarate, sends out the jury for a very brief break.

She says this is because she needs to ask the next witness - Morgan Knight - a few questions. The lawyers for both Johnny Depp and Amber Heard will also ask him some questions. This all needs to be done without the jury present.

Mr Knight is going to be questioned about the Hicksville incident, which is alleged to have taken place at a campsite in June 2013, and has been contacted directly by Johnny Depp's team to testify.

It is important for the judge to make sure his evidence will be valid, and has not been influenced by what he may have already seen and heard about the case, and in particular whether he has heard what other witnesses have specifically said about the Hicksville case. The judge makes the comment that in this case, "the courtroom is the world" - she says this because the case is being televised, and so everyone can watch.

Mr Knight was working at the campsite called Hicksville when Depp and Heard stayed there with friends, and allegedly had a dispute by the firepit.

Both legal teams are now talking to Mr Knight. We are not yet sure if he will be questioned as a rebuttal witness in front of the jury.

Maybe this lawsuit that she eventually dropped? I'm not sure though, this was a while back, she dropped it because of her divorce settlement with JD.
