Vomit ? Is vominous a word?

This guy?!
I can only hope Amber is certifiably dying inside.
She may throw a vodka bottle at Elaine during lunch!
I think the word was "vomitus." I quite like it. One must be careful after too many mega pints not to produce vomitus.

Correct spelling and appropriate use in sentence. :D

You would think they would want him off the stand ASAP after that s*it show!
Right? Spiegel seems to believe everything he’s told instead of knowing the real facts. Hopefully the jury picked up in that.

Elaine really should not be doubling down on the narc traits bit with Dr. S. I think the jury will notice some er, correlations, shall we say to her client.

;)

This guy claims Curry's report was wrong and AH doesn't have enough markers to be diagnosed with BPD or HPD

Now trying to testify that Battered wife syndrome can be confused with HPD and BPD

GMAB I'm bout to turn this off.

Just catching up, I thought Dr Richard Moore's testimony was very significant. Particularly when put alongside David Kipper's account and Depp's own words that he sliced his finger tip off with a knife.

I found CV's questioning of him highly unprofessional, disrespectful and insulting - bringing up his fee and trying to imply that it was that, rather than his professional opinion as an orthopedic doc with decades of experience, that drove his evidence.

The tactics employed in this trial are so disturbing.

These tactics are standard. It is normal to attempt to discredit experts by either attacking their qualifications or implying they are a "paid gun" or "professional witness" which juries tend to be less trustful of. It's literally normal in trial. I believe Dr. Moore is highly qualified in his field. I do not, however believe his opinion on Depp's injury.

His testimony may have been significant if he had actually examined JD.

I don't understand how any of the Dr Banks info was allowed out of the mouth of Dr Spiegel?

I have no problem with any of the expert witnesses being asked about fees charged in exchange of testimony for either the prosecution or the defense. We know that no expert witness is testifying out of the goodness of their heart.
