Next witness Catherine Arnold. Thank goodness I was drifting off.

ETA she is being presented as an Entertainment industry expert.
So… does that mean her side has decided against calling JD? They said he’d be third…

Now Bredehoft asking if photo of Depp on the floor is consistent with IPV behavior??

I personally feel continuing with this medical witness was detrimental to AH’s case. Everyone already knows about JD’s substance use or abuse and resulting consequences. it will be up to the jury to decide if his behaviors can create IPV. To me, it seemed like EB was beating a dead horse during the final hours of their available time.

Back to the ice cream photo

Amber Heard's lawyer Elaine Bredehoft asks psychiatrist David R Spiegel: "Do addicts lie?"

He answers: "Yes".

Ms Bredehoft asks him if he remembers testimony of Depp "passing out in the bathroom in his vomit".

The doctor says: "Yes".

She also asks about the drug Seroquel, which we know Depp was taking, and whether it would make you fall asleep so deeply you would be asleep on the floor or in a chair with ice cream on your lap. The doctor is shown an image of Depp asleep on the floor, and also asleep with ice cream on his lap. He says no, the drug would not normally cause such deep sleep.

With that Dr Spiegel's testimony is over.

Who knew that my hubby falling asleep in his computer chair was a sign of something relating to IPV??
Before you know it, you’ll have your very own thread.

I thought it was going forward to say … something about the effects of Seroquel?

Depp on the floor could be consistent with AH knocking him out with one of her 2 bottles of $1000 a day wine.

‘Is a symptom of narcissism, painting over canvases in black?’

’is not caring where you fall asleep, a potential side effect of Seroquel abuse?’

if I were a juror I’d be jumping out of my skin right now.

Also, why are we still dwelling on these photos during AH last day of witness?? I thought she had tons! The most DV evidence LE officials have ever seen!!

Anything that he testified to could apply to either AH or JD, IMO. Battered PARTNER Syndrome, for instance.

Isn’t it a conflict of interest to have the witness testify for both the plaintiff and the defendant?

Good job she didn't see my husband last week when he was so drunk he fell asleep on the loo...She would be having him away in cuffs

Fox News has just reported team Amber will NOT be calling Johnny Depp to testify.

Well now that's a big surprise  :D I figured they were just trying to get under his skin and would never call him again.
