I think the Judge likes EB

Elaine REALLY doesn't want it to be due to chemistry.

To be fair, it IS hard to believe that there is anyone on the planet who wouldn't have chemistry with Jason Momoa. <3

Did anyone just see AH pass a pink post-it to the lady behind her, who then walked it to the guy sitting on the bench behind her, who then walked it to the blonde lady sitting with Whitney, who then passed it to Whitney?
Uh oh….

15 minute recess

Heard Team needs time to look at something
they are probably trying anything under the sun to try to get the testimony of Howell from being seen. Either that or they are trying to come up with something quickly 11th hour to discredit the upcoming TREATING doctor who handled the finger injury.

Seriously, recess already?!. I'm in danger of whining more than EB here

My take is that the two actors did not have chemistry so they took care of that with editing and mood music. I’m sure that cost more and you don’t get a possible wow scene but it still works. I don’t think that is a slam on either actor. Either one of them may have had chemistry with another actor at another time. I respected this witness with his testimony. Just an IMHO EB should quit shaking her head. It’s annoying.

Elaine showed her lack of film expertise when she kept trying to 'trap' the studio exec by saying 'isn't that your job, to create movie magic? ' Aren't you supposed to edit and add good music, etc?

She was missing his entire point, which was if the actors have really good chemistry than there are lots of great takes to choose from, and you need less editing and less 'tricks' with music and all that---and there will be that onscreen magic that a director hopes for.

So the exec was saying that although it was possible to fabricate 'chemistry' using lots of edits and film tricks, it is ALWAYS better to have that natural chemistry between the actors to start with.

And I think I know what was left unsaid by the studio exec----Did y'all see that little clip posted here yesterday where it looked like AH was leaning in for a kiss during a photo shoot with Momoa---and he quickly pushed her back and avoided the awkward moment?

That clip made me believe the story that Momoa had complained about the way she was coming on to him and he didn't like working with her under those circumstances. That makes the most sense to me about WHY the studio suddenly considered recasting that role.

Their number one priority is to keep Momoa happy.

More sidebar. Is AH's team going to be frittering away time at side bars today?
Does this eat into JD's teams time?

I have seen several of you say this. This is totally unethical. (like females sticking together). The female judge in the Jodi Arias trial (Stephens, I think her name) was unbiased appearing. I liked and respected her. She was maybe a bit too easy going, lol. MOO.

I think if talent and natural chemistry was the deciding factor for success in Hollywood many many highly successful actors would be out of work. To me Jason Momoa or The Rock are not talented actors. They just market themselves well and are liked by being in certain successful franchises. There are so many movies that get miscast or where Hollywood forces the general public to like a certain actor that is just not good/talented. An example, Hollywood is selling (hard!) Adam Driver as a sex symbol and just STOP, please! Lol.

So in that vein, Amber Heard is not delusional to expect an upward trajectory after the success of Aquaman. I think a lot of that also happens through marketing, which in this case she was thwarted from successfully marketing herself after Aquaman 1 due to all the negative press.

I think this is all reasonable. The issue for her is she can’t connect that directly to Waldman statements. I think the audios and other stuff that came out of the UK trial didn’t help. Although I think certainly Waldman instigated a lot of it!

I saw Amber pass the pink post-it note, but not the rest … hope someone noticed it all!

I think "lack of chemistry" is a polite way to say AH is a mediocre actress. MOO JMOO

AH is shifty. They need to have a deputy watching her all the time.
