Heard's attorney rapidly glanced at Amber with an excited face when this witness said he only interacted for a total of about 45 minutes to an hour during the evening under question.

Amber's face didn't flinch.

Imo
I saw that and tried to capture her smirk.
I switched over to Entertainment Tonight on YouTube. It’s live and they have the best views!
Also AH and WH locking eyes during the sidebar

The difference in the 2 doctors is hilarious!

When AH testified about Hicksville she described the Manager as wearing a black mesh vest when he came to survey the damage to the trailer
Okay thanks, somehow I missed that. I'm probably lucky, lol.

so what is your opinion of Dr. Spiegel?
that all he stated is utter hogwash

I may have tuned out, but did this guy say he'd spoken with Depp, or just watched the depositions and court testimony?

Like I said earlier, the witnesses for AH and the ones for JD are as opposite as they can be.
It's just weird. It's almost as if AH's team couldn't find anyone likeable, credible, and believable.

We are back to the Goldwater Rule…

Dr Shaw explain this much better

ITA with you. This is sooo wrong.
Read that too at my doctor's appointment. They may cause a backlash besides being the wrong thing to do.

Dr. Shaw will discuss the Goldwater rule to his understanding. (the whole Spiegle argument yesterday about whether it is ethical to diagnose or render a professional opinion about a person, particularly a public figure or celebrity you have never examined thing)

It's actually a good sign imo. Finding a paid expert seems to be a little difficult for clients that may be lying. MOO

Back to the Goldwater Rule

Psychiatrist Doctor Richard Shaw, who is being questioned by Johnny Depp's team, is being asked for his opinion on testimony given by psychiatrist David Spiegel yesterday.

Mr Shaw says he believes Dr Spiegel violated the Goldwater Rule, which states that psychiatrists should not give a professional opinion about public figures whom they have not examined in person.

He also says he believes his opinions were "unreliable".

While listening to his evidence, Depp is sitting forward in his chair with his hand on his chin, before looking down and sketching in his note pad.

DH was very critical of his diagnosis without his own testing and exam.

this guy is very soft spoken but appears competent and knowledgeable. Hope his quiet demeanor doesn't equal the jurors tuning out. I think his testimony is key in putting the nail in the coffin on Spiegle's debacle yesterday.

Dr Shawn’s opinion is that Dr Spiegel violated the Goldwater Rule

Dr Spiegel might have learned a bit more if he was a member of the AMA. jmo

Yeah I don't think Heard's team will get far on cross with him.

ETA: They should save their precious minutes.
