The text is shown about half way down this article.
Ugly text but he pegged her right.
It’s a shame he didn’t choose better.
Grow up JD and choose a good woman who is your age!
And for all that, AH still isn’t liked.

  • #442
anyone else notice AH picking at her lower lip

  • #443
CV now covering text (to which JD comments on how much Rottonborn loved this one tee hee) about firing aquamaaan to his sister.

JD was trying to express he felt responsible for having vetted AH and having painted such a beautiful picture of (interrupted by objection) I thought I should get the truth to WB about what they would be facing down the line because two franchises would be affected. (assuming Aquamaaaan and fantastic beasts)

Hmmmm. Those texts could actually work in his favour. Would someone be that rage filled and hateful if the allegations were true, I wonder.

Im wondering what JD team is going to choose as a bombshell closing.

Aquanet. lol

Depp denies writing 'I NEED. I WANT. I TAKE' texts about a woman

Johnny Depp is now being asked by Ben Rottenborn if he has previously said that if he "wants to be with a woman sexually then she is rightfully yours".

Depp says this is "ludicrous".

Mr Rottenborn puts it to him that he has also said before, in respect to women he wants to be with: "I need, I want, I take."

Depp says this is "equally as ridiculous".

Mr Rottenborn is now getting ready to present some evidence.

"You can pull up what you like, I have never said those words," Depp interrupts. "There's not enough hubris in me to say anything like that."

The actor is now being shown text messages that he apparently sent in February 2017. "This looks nothing like me..." Depp starts. He suggests the messages have been "screwed with".

Mr Rottenborn asks if he wants to see the unredacted version.

"No, because you could have typed it up last night."

The texts are now being shown to the court.

"Right!!! Exactly!!! [Woman's name] p**** is RIGHTFULLY MINE!!!!! Should I not just bust in and remove its hinges tonight."

Depp says he has read this correctly.

Another one says: "I want to change her understanding of what it is like to be thrashed about like a pleading Mackerel. I NEED. I WANT. I TAKE."

Heard looks pretty sombre as these messages are read out. Depp says he did not write them.
This article redacted the "M" name I questioned earlier. I do think it was implied as a woman and not the drug.

Wild.

Imo

WB was getting upset about what was being said about me in the press. It's business, and it's your word. I had given my word to them and I felt responsible so I had to tell them what was going on and that it was gong to end up like this.

Fair. If it were true I'd be more focused on damage control than pretending to my friends it wasn't true.

'Oh good': More discussion on Australia

Ben Rottenborn, Amber Heard's lawyer, says he now wants to talk about Australia for "a little bit".

"Oh good," Depp replies.

The couple's now infamous trip to Australia in 2015 - and Depp severing his finger - has been one of the main discussion points during the trial.

Mr Rottenborn is asking about Depp's testimony that he has only taken ecstasy a handful of times. "Six, seven times," Depp replies.

"You were asking for ecstasy and cocaine within minutes of being admitted to hospital after suffering your finger injury," the lawyer says.

Mr Depp says he doesn't recall this but does recall being in "great pain".

Mr Rottenborn is now taking Depp back through texts he sent asking for "whitey stuff" and "the e-business". Depp agrees this is likely referring to cocaine and ecstasy.

Mr Rottenborn now disputes Depp's claim that Heard threw a "handle of vodka", which is a 1.75m litre bottle, saying a photo presented in court of the aftermath earlier today shows there is not enough broken glass for the bottle to have been this big.

View attachment 345950

Heard's lawyer also refutes evidence that Depp gave earlier today saying he does not remeber their being a phone on the wall in the house in Australia. He reads evidence given by Depp during his UK trial, in which he does recall the phone.

Heard denies throwing a bottle and severing Depp's finger, saying he caused the injury himself.

The problem with this testimony is that we heard glass getting cleaned up in the Australia audio. People were cleaning up glass after JD had just left the place.

AH also texted awful texts. They are available if you look at the court documents.

Yes for sure! I still do it. Words exist so we can express anger, frustration etc... it helps to release frustration. physical assault is the problem imo.
Well I assaulted the radiator with my shoe pretending it was the individual who betrayed and hurt me big time. It helped.
Much like Johnny assaulted the cabinets

Isn't it natural that you can rant on about someone who has seriously betrayed you? I've done it myself, and I have never hit someone nor followed through on my angry fantasies

I would hate for them to read some of my colorful texts .. but I'm usually cracking myself up at my choice of word salad

  • #453
on one of the lawyer youtube channels, they are saying the texts are incoming and it's a group text too

now discussing the texts about Molly. JD still claims to have no recollection of what they are and what he would have meant by them. He still suggests these are not from him as they are not in his "voice"

He said “Aquanet instead of Aquaman”, the hairspray:D She probably hated that!

Did Depp try to get Heard fired from Aquaman?

Amber Heard's lawer Ben Rottenborn now puts it to Johnny Depp that he was "pretty angry" after Amber Heard filed for her restraining order.

"More than anything I was hurt," Depp replies.

Mr Rottenborn then moves on to Depp's testimony on Heard's role in Aquaman earlier today. He says the actor tried to get Heard fired from the film after the temporary restraining order.

Depp starts to say this is related to something else; Mr Rottenborn says this is a "yes or no" question. "I can't please you with a yes or no every single time," Depp replies. But when pushed again, he says: "The answer's no."

Mr Rottenborn now presents a text conversation Depp had with his sister Christi Dembrowski - the first witness in the trial - on 4 June 2016.

"I want her replaced on that WB film!!!" Depp sent. WB is Warner Bros, the film company behind Aquaman. Mr Rottenborn says he then reached out to people at WB to try and get Heard fired. Again, Mr Rottenborn says this is a yes or no question.

Depp tries to explain something, suggesting he may have contacted people at Warner Bros but not necessarily for this reason. He then says no, he did not reach out to anyone at Warner Bros to get Heard fired from the film.

Mr Rottenborn then reads out a text Depp sent to his former agent in August 2016. It's quite a long message, but here is some of it.

"She's begging for total humiliation... She's gonna get it...

"I have no mercy, no fear and not an ounce of emotion... I cannot wait to have this waste of a c*** g****** out of my life!!!...

"I can only hope that karma kicks in and takes the gift of breath from her."

Heard looks like she could be getting tearful hearing this. Depp confirms it has been read correctly.

I admit, I may have kicked walls before, maybe tossed and punched pillows.

  • #459
back to the photo on orient express to discuss the shiner and scratches. JD ascribes it to a freakout by AH in their cabin. He doesn't recall why. The quality of the photos isn't great.
