I think JD would rather elegantly make a point of not "touching" any of her money, just as he has refused to look her in the eyes. Clearly making the point he wants NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING to ever do with her again.

She has really destroyed her career, at least in mainstream big-budget (big-payroll) movies and exposed herself to any future rich partners as an unstable, vulgar, manipulative and violent grifter. She's an object of really base international ridicule. That's probably a much better punishment than having to play out money games with her.

He has established his truths and himself as a sensitive and wounded, flawed man who does have integrity, blinding wit, and charm. I think he has gained a substantial fan base and will be able to explore more interesting parts without ever having to do Pirates again.

Personally I would consider it a huge victory for her future partners to be well warned.

Yes, she's been a staple of Me-Too and there are people who will ignore the trial information.

She didn't actually report the SA to Law Enforcement, so there is probably no real legal consequence that comes from this lie, but there really should be.

It harms all real DV and SA victims to be making up fake stories for personal benefit, especially as a means to extort money from a partner.

Watching Court TV and two guests stated that the picture submitted by AH of them on the Orient Express looks photoshopped. That’s what JD said and that could also be what the digital photo expert witness was meaning when he said that he looked at the pictures (possibly all?) that the AH team submitted. IMO.

Maybe it’s just me but I have absolutely no interest in closing arguments at this point. They have both testified. There’s nothing the lawyers can say to sway me or the jury one way or the other IMO. Both sides get 2 hours each and I’m willing to bet it will be a snooze fest judging by openings.

Is it too early to start predicting when verdict will be? They won’t deliberate until next week. I think it will be a short deliberation. 1 day full day tops.

It's just so weird! That's why he was so confused when asked about this, it was so long ago! It had nothing to do with this case. They really quoted this - “Why can’t I be human?
