AH will then Cross examine his witness and then call their final rebuttal witnesses ( apparently AH herself will be one) all within that hour, 16 minutes.
You said this can’t be right because they will have a fresh 2 hours for closing arguments.
Are you considering closing arguments as part of Rebuttal?

IMO the court has always allotted for all this stuff to take place before deliberations, because they know how many hours there are in a day/week and divided them accordingly based on the end result.

Also IMO, the clock is never stopped for any reason other than breaks or lunch. Somebody always gets charged for the sidebars.

Stuff like the TMZ motion, I’m not sure.

Apparently one of the points of contention is that JD's side accidentally disclosed texts from the past 10 years in the UK trial. They had not intended to disclose everything. In that trial Amber was not at defendant, and so was not subject to discovery. This time around she was court ordered to turn over all of her texts and photos etc by Nov 2021, and she has refused to. There is a motion for sanctions pending.

I just rewatched the Jennifer Howell testimony - because when I watched it live I felt like it went by so fast and I wasn't sure what to think about it. And to me she was very clear and believable. I think her testimony along with her written statements will be very compelling for the jury.

Basically she didn't hand over her devices for discovery (they had to get a court order, and 21st November was the deadline). It's why they don't have any texts between Amber and HER friends. Only Amber's texts that JD received.

Eventually they got some photos dumped in MARCH, some 58,000. As you can imagine, this was an attempt to flood the photo expert so he couldn't do his job.

No, it is me. I am the one that's confused. Scary because I have been spending a lot of time caring for my 94 yr old mom lately, and I feel like I am beginning to sound like her by saying 'I'm confused.' lol

IMO everyone is correct at the moment.

I totally agree. I think we were all a little let down that she wasn’t allowed to speak about what WH had told her , knowing what we know. She was very believable and seemed to just want the truth to be told. I felt that she had absolutely has no bias towards AH or JD, she was concerned about her friend and employee WH who had come to her saying that she was afraid her sister AH was going to kill her husband JD.
She gave WH a place to live for 11 months and she knew for a fact that WH had caved to the pressure of supporting her sister’s lies.

Both AH and her gf had a ready excuse for the arrest. They said that the arresting officer was a homophobe and that's why it happened.

Later on TMZ tracked down the officer and found out she was openly gay, and marched in Gay Pride every year and was on the board of a DV support group. So that excuse they used was a LIE, as usual.

Yeah, they have probably quintupled down on this by now (one small correction: I believe it was People Magazine), which i know because I try to keep kicking it forward into the public eye whenever possible, lol.

If someone is doing her makeup her contouring is off. It makes her cheekbones look like bruises in my opinion.
