There's a pile of post-its under the folder in front of her.I think she’s using post-it notes.

Former TMZ employee Morgan Tremaine takes the stand
Morgan Tremaine is now giving evidence following US entertainment TMZ's unsuccessful motion to intervene earlier today.
In 2016, he was a field assignment manager for TMZ, he tells the court, which means a go-between between news editors in the office and paparazzi. He was responsible for dispatching paparazzi to various locations based on tips and celebrity hot-spots.
Tips were received through a tip line or directly through news producers, he tells the court.
TMZ often received tips from people such as publicists, managers, B-list celebrities and lawyers, he says.
Watching closely here and I think him saying they’ve all been altered is huge.I'd like to know what he was going to say about the color that they objected to. But, I think this is showing that the photos can't be relied upon as authentic, which is going to hurt AH.
Is there a link somewhere to say/show how this 'time thing' works? I was wondering if they actually count the 'cross' time, and just include the 'direct examination' time.. but it seems from what I'm reading here, that the cross examination time is also included in the count?I love that AH’s team’s time is running out and you can tell they’re getting panicky

And a cross would be expensive in terms of time currency, IMO, unless there is a significant point to make. This is pretty damaging testimony! Wow! I’m really curious to see how they will do on cross with this witness. This seems incontrovertible evidence. It’s in the metadata.

'This gets you your 15 minutes of fame'
Amber Heard's lawyer Elaine Bredehoft is now cross-examining former TMZ employee Morgan Tremaine.
"If you don't have information that's helpful to this case then you wouldn't be a witness," she says.
"This gets you your 15 minutes of fame," she says to him, referencing the fact the trial is being televised.
"I stand to gain nothing from this," Mr Tremaine says. "I'm actually putting myself kind of in the target of TMZ, a very litigious organisation, and I'm not seeking any 15 minutes here.
"Though you're welcome to speculate... I could say the same thing by taking Amber Heard as a client, for you."
"A little argumentative, don't you think," Ms Bredehoft fires back.
"Hardly, I find that to be purely logical," he replies.

And now he is getting additional fame - due only to EB's disparagement and his comeback. Karma. IMO.I loved this guy. Lmao!
