They might not be allowed to mention that she was arrested. It might have been ruled as too prejudicial? So since she was an eye witness, it's ok to use her in that capacity? I don't know. They didn't allow a photo expert talk about color saturation, either.

I love this judge! Haha! If it weren’t for this judge this trial would’ve been a total fiasco and lasted 3 months or something. I love judges who maintain control!

So the last witness is the flight attendant and then thankfully we only have 1 hour of sur rebuttal. Hallelujah!
