I think that it can't be determined how exactly it happened, but JD's description is more believable. I know JD describes the incident, but I'm not confident that in the confusion of the moment that he's exactly sure how it happened himself. But I do think that her throwing the bottle was the inciting incident, as it were.

I can get behind that opinion.

I am not saying that I believe her ONE bit, but her "speech" today is a little more believable than prior acts on the stand. So far at least.

The threats against her from the public and negative comments on social are all true that's why - she doesn't have to act about that. The moment she has to talk about being abused however it comes across so false - a performance.
