Good morning, friends :)

I'm supposed to run errands today. Ain't happening.

Hi :) . I usually get pushed behind because of the school run at 3pm (uk) but today my youngest is sick and the older one only does half days at the moment so no school run today!.

I am baking though, well decorating cakes, because there is a cake competition at school with a jubilee theme.
But that's OK because I can prop up the phone while I work :p

When is the Jubilee? I thought from the language you use in some of your posts that you were in the UK. :)

Why wasn’t JD’s team allowed to look over those texts . Should t they have been authenticated? They hadn’t been admitted as evidence Until that moment had they? This whole thing was so shady!
AH camp claimed they had been turned over BY JD team as part of discovery, IIRC (they claimed it was stamped ‘Depp’.)

So basically, they counted on JD not being adamant that he’d never seen that email in his life (because remember, Amber claims he has memory loss).

This also means that to prove from whence it came/a negative (‘we never sent this’), someone on JD side would in fact first have to review everything they did turn over.

I think its on Monday, that's when the bank holiday is at any rate. But the kids break up for half term tomorrow so that's why the competition :)

Edit- Apparently it was 6th Feb,but that is also the anniversary of her father's death so she doesn't like to celebrate it then.

Fun. My daughter got out of school for summer break last Tuesday, and she doesn't go back until the second week of August. :/

They must have read all the comments about AH's facial expressions yesterday. Her hair can hide her face today.

Court is in session

The final day of testimony is about to begin.

Johnny Depp arrived at the court in Fairfax, Virginia, to cheers from supporters outside.

Inside the courtroom, the lawyers are discussing some preliminary matters with Judge Penney Azcarate before the first witness is called.

They should be up shortly.

Law & Crime has the wrong day showing on cable. Today's testimony is correct on You Tube. Just in case anyone is watching cable. :)

ETA: They just corrected the cable video.

Did JD's team rest?

To know that the person who was supposed to love and cherish you has deceived you so badly .. my heart breaks for JD. It's a hard pill to swallow. (no pun intended)

Good Morning! ( Or evening...for those in distant lands )
I just peeked in on Twitter, saw that Casey Anthony was trending! It seems that Casey now has some serious competition for the most hated woman in America. Go figure!
Casey, Jodi, Amber

ETA … not necessarily in that order

Did JD's team rest?

I don't think they said that .. I hope not yet .. maybe the defense is just vetting this witness? Ooops that was JD's team .. sorry

Dr Gilbert, hand surgeon is first witness

He’s done about 10,000 hand surgeries

ETA: He is a Depp rebuttal witness

Sky News

First witness

Up first is Dr Richard Gilbert, an orthopedic surgeon who works in New York. We hear he specialises in surgery of the hand, wrist and elbow and has been practising this for 22 years.

He says about a third of his work involves surgery, while the rest includes seeing patients and academic work, and that he has performed about 10,000 surgeries, "maybe a little less".

He is board certified and a member of multiple orthopedic organisations, the court hears, and has published articles and testified as an expert witness a few times during his career.

The jublilee celebrations begin on June 2nd( the anniversary date of the Queen's coronation) and continues through to Sunday. Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd are bank holiday days.

I don't understand why they would not just use the doctors or surgeon that did work on his hand?

Nothing can hide that pompous smirk. Unfortunately.
