My understanding is AH team can only rebut what was in JD’s rebuttal

So they have someone to come in and say they know how fame hungry the Morgans are? :p

Is AH desperately trying to look at JD or the jury? I can't tell. o_O

This next witness would be the one to opine on the text JD did not recognize. If they were incoming or out going from JD

AH's experts are just not as sharp as JD's. Computer Forensics Expert with only one hour left. Sure hope it is short. No matter what this will be a very short day. I can imagine those living in the area of the courthouse will be so happy when this trial is over. Saw a clip with that group waiting for JD...he gets a police escort in like royalty. So many young people who apparently don't have much going on in life that they have time to line the streets for the possibility of a wave??

Next witness...

Julian Ackert, a computer forensics investigator, is next up. He has been called as a rebuttal witness by Amber Heard's team.

We hear he has worked in the industry for 20 years and is the managing director at iDS (iDiscovery Solutions) and has served as an expert witness before, for the first time in 2009.

Uh oh, their computer forensics expert....

I thought they were supposed to be limited to their counter suit for 100 million?

Waiting to hear Dennison’s cross on this witness…ask how long he was involved with Heard‘s team and the transferring of discovery to Depp’s team

I use Photos 3.0 as I am sure many do. That progression with a simple edit that was shown yesterday really made an impression on me and have done the same on photos. I would think the jury would agree.

Well, it's a little early in the day but... no one is looking!!:D

I am currently working on a mega-pint of coffee, with a bit more than a hint of Baileys Irish Creme. ;)

They’re allowed to rebut anything brought out in JD’s rebuttal (as far as I know)

ETA … they can rebut the rebuttal, if that makes sense

Good Morning! ( Or evening...for those in distant lands )
I just peeked in on Twitter, saw that Casey Anthony was trending! It seems that Casey now has some serious competition for the most hated woman in America. Go figure!
This is a good one!! Needed this levity! Lol!

Hey, happy hour is any time, right? :)

I feel like they're wasting time with this guy. Especially if they have AH testify.

This makes sense as in logical. I agree.

Do people actually have some info that AH will get up there again? Boy that is risky. But I bet she wants to...if JD can do it so can she (how she thinks).

  • #98
This mega data is beyond me / hope jury understands.

My guess for the ending today is AH‘s team will call AH to the stand for a dramatic statement from their client, competing with JD’s emotional ending to his direct during yesterday’s rebuttal. IMO …

In my opinion though, there should be no comparison between Casey Anthony and AH in "most hated". None. Totally different type cases, criminal vs civil. MOO.
