Have you seen this missing endangered man? 56-year-old Joseph McArdle was last seen December 1st in the 8600 block of Powder Horn Rd in Springfield. He is 6’ tall, 250 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and blue sweatpants. Joseph should be driving a light blue 2002 Chrysler Town & Country van with VA tags VNW-2877. He is considered endangered due to mental and/or physical health issues.
