The Newport News Police Department announced that Newport News Police Special Victims Detectives are attempting to locate a missing man.

This whole situation makes my heart LITERALLY ache!!
SOMEONE MUST!! know SOMETHING!!...seen SOMETHING!! COME ON PEOPLE!!...No more tears!! We CAN!! find Kelsey!! Let's do this!!

I can't either. NOTHING!!, and it is ridiculous. (Seriously, who keeps the public abreast of these things?!!? It's certainly NOT the media...sure as $&it not the cops. [Family MAY be stuck in a pickle sometimes. Who the heck knows anymore.] Do we here at WS have to do eeeeeeverything around here? Just kidding.)
