Kenneth Wayne Turner, 79, was last seen at his home at 76 Massie Drive in Fieldale on Friday. Family members reported him missing Saturday and it is believed he left on foot, said Henry County Sheriff Wayne Davis on Sunday evening.

Henry County man still missing after month-long search, family seeks answers

It's been a little over a month since a 79-year-old Henry County man was reported missing, and he still hasn't been found.

HENRY COUNTY, Va (WSET) — It's been a little over a month since a 79-year-old Henry County man was reported missing, and he still hasn't been found.

Crews searched several areas near Turner's home including wooded areas and bodies of water. After four days of conducting a large-scale ground search, Henry County Sheriff Wayne Davis said they couldn’t find any clues leading them to where Turner may be. After that, they decided to suspend the search.

Back when Turner was initially reported missing authorities said that it was crucial to find him as soon as possible due to him being insulin-dependent and having potential onset dementia.

There haven’t been any new leads or updates so far.
