Monica Lynn Nebeling was last seen in Gainesboro, VA outside her Winchester, VA at her home. She told her husband she was going to get her nails done on Wednesday at 4:15 (January 3, 2018). She was alone and driving her 2000 White Chrsyler Town and Country minivan. According to her friends, no one has seen her.
