It is with great sadness that I update this map to include another angel that has been taken from her family in the prime of life.

With the up most respect and prayers to the Family and Friends.

VERY IMPORTANT!

Ok, guys.... this is weird.

I read a post from November in which a girl claims she has a vision of the following:
Stephanie Almaguer November 15th, 2009 | 6:42 pm
...SNIP
"Never the less, they ended up at a place that is very wooded and there is also creeks / water / rivers? around……About 10 mins. from the bridge location she was last seen at. I hear the word “Ivy”. "

Ok, this map above.... looks like Ivy road is not too far away from where he body was found?

and
"
He proceeded to drag her from the car and she put up very little fight- she was raped and killed by a blow to the head. I see her in a wooded type location. I do not see her in water, but that doesn’t mean that she wasn’t in the water and is now on the bank.
When he left, he gathered her phone (but not the battery) and her purse and drove them back to the Arena that she told him she had been at, and he then left. I am not getting his name, but am thinking it may start with a B.'

Just praying that tomorrow LE will have more to work with to find whoever did this and hopefully there is still some forensic evidence on her remains.

:rose: rest in peace, Morgan

DITTO !! I feel such sadness for her parents. I can't even imagine what they are going through now. My thoughts are with them at this most difficult time.

Okay, finally found the article that had the comment about the trespassers:

"Bass said the remains were at a remote part of the property that can only be accessed by tractor. He said he usually keeps the gates to his farm open, which makes it susceptible to trespassers, usually hunters."

It's on Channel 19's website, http://www.newsplex.com/home/headlines/82688062.html

I am very saddened to hear of this discovery, my thoughts and prayers go out to Morgan's family--especially her Dear Mother who seems to be a shell of what she was...
I have followed this case loosely since the beginning.
I am no expert in forensics, but given the state of decomposition would DNA under the fingernails be available? Semen?
Sorry if I seem ignorant--just hopeful they'll have evidence.

Ok, sorry to quote myself, but in relation to this girl having a "vision" she saw the word "Ivy" ... orcould it be roman numeral IV which could stand for the 4 people allegedly seen with her.

Also, post number 73 listed this info about the house burning down and the body being found
"The house burning down and the discovery of the body could be a coincidence. On the other hand, consider the following:

1) The location of the body and the burned house are 4.5 miles apart on roads just off 29 South, the main route south out of the city, and only a few turns away from JPJ stadium.

2) The burnt house has apparently been occupied by 4 (or 5?) college students, similar in age to the apparent victim.

3) The students were supposed to move out next week, but their house burns down this week.

Possible scenario - body and other evidence have been at the house since the crime was committed. Moving out next week means potential discovery so bad guy is forced to take action, i.e., dump body and destroy house to get rid of possible trace evidence. House is torched at 2:00 am, body is discovered 4.5 miles away at 9:59 am. This would explain why the body wasn't discovered until now.

This is all very speculative, but still ... "

I totally agree and have thought so all along.

I agree also. I have always thought her purse and cell were brought back to the parking lot after she went missing.

Thinking about it....I agree the person had to have known the area/farm. But even knowing the farm could one possibly navigate it at night without light. There were streams and high hay and I am sure a rugged terrain at the time. I have 2 thoughts either the perp walked her in as they are saying on NG or maybe she was taken some where else first, murdered and then disposed of in the daylight using an ATV.

I agree also. I have always thought her purse and cell were brought back to the parking lot after she went missing.

Sometimes I wonder whether the perp even bothered to take it back to the parking lot, or whether he or an accomplice took it directly to the office and said they found it in the parking lot.

Which, come to think of it, would be more or less true if they grabbed it when they grabbed her. :furious:

Ivy Road is Route 250. It's the road they would most likely have taken to get from the bridge to Route 29.

The location is very similar to the one I saw in my dream, too, though I was never able to find a location more specific than "in the woods near water somewhere off Monacan Road, with a steep wooded hill in the area." That only describes half of Virginia...

OK when you look at the satellite image of the map and focus it as close as possible to the location she was found... it really is amazing that the farmer did not miss finding her when he did. I wonder if the LE can use previous satellite imagery to check to see if there were tracks of a 4 wheeler or anything close to the time she disappeared...or anytime since then.. I bet they or the FBI can..

Someone in one of the other boards is linking to this news article. Apparently the four young men who lived here are UVA students -- and the house was only a little more than 4 miles from where the body was located.

-Liv

Four college students were in the home when the fire started but all were able to get out safely. —
http://www.nbc29.com/global/story.asp?s=11881770

“It was right about 9pm when we were driving down Massie Road with JPJ to left,” says a Richmond bookkeeper/musician whose late arrival prevented her from hearing opening acts Gojira and Lamb of God— but got her there in time to spot a “wobbly” blonde woman step in front of the car.
With the blonde were four young, white men— a conspicuous group, says the witness, because of the direction they were headed: away from the Arena.

But as the blond woman— accompanied by three young men, two shorter, one taller— passed by her in the well-lit brick walkway along the Lawn, she says, she got a clear look at her face, and her heavily made-up eyes, in particular. She says the woman’s presence in the wee hours of a chilly night— and her bare legs— seized her attention. —http://www.readthehook.com/blog/ind...fore-hitching-morgan-harrington-caused-worry/

I think it's odd to leave a body in the middle of a field when there are areas of woods close by.

I wonder if she could have been kidnapped and then escaped from a house or building. Since we know she was not dressed for the weather; perhaps she was running throught the field, tripped and eventually died of exposure ... the kidnapper may be finding out where she disappeared to - along with the rest of us.

...and had she ever attended any of the parties held on the property at the old house? Perhaps, as a lure, she was invited to one while in the parking lot seeking a ride home. By the way, has it been said who is throwing these parties?

how far did the 4 college students live from where the body was found?

If you mean the four who lived in the house that burned down -- it was about 4 1/2 to 5 miles south on Route 29.

Well he seems to be using his whole name in his email account..I hope the police know about him..If it is his real name..

Here's a quote from a fan of his I guess:
"EVERYONE, If you don't know Kevin, he has some psychic abilities and has helped solve another big case last year. Please don't shoot the messenger."

Wonder what big case that was last year?
