No I dont think she saw any of Metallica.....the phone call was at 8.48 or close to that and she was outside then.....Metallica hadnt started.....

The post from the lady/man who's limo driver saw her with a hispanic guy is very interesting.....I think a couple of people saw her with a hispanic guy didnt they??

I also remember somewhere on one of these links an old lady was positive she saw her on the university grounds with 3 guys...she was adamant it was her because of her outfit down the the mini and the knee high boots....she said you couldnt help but notice her because she was stunning....

that time was about 3am........so I just would love to know which the police think is the more accurate sighting......the bridge or with 3 guys on the uni grounds...

must be the bridge if this is in their official timeline...

yes Ripley we all think the friends know way way more......I am sure the police would have interrogated these girls and there must be some reason the general public is getting the answer as to the REAL reason she was outside........maybe it is a legal matter.....it is very frustrating...

I also think the post re the tickets for sale in the same row she was in is definitely worth the police looking into......

If they werent her tickets for sale she has a group of 9 friends.....only 2 and another girls boyfriend went to the concert....maybe 2 of the other 9 renigged at the last moment and THAT IS WHY SHE WAS OUTSIDE!!!!

Maybe she was trying to sell these 2 tickets to anyone who showed up outside before Metallica started or did actually arrange to sell them outside....

You mention the University... Was she even mentioned to be seen here at all? Or is this article wrong?

Also, have the LE conducted any wood searches, etc? I don't recall hearing about any being conducted- so do they know enough about this to not have to search? I am soooooooooooooooo very lost!

I have to agree with Ripley007. What we have is nothing. Why the LE would not use the resources available to them through the media just blows my mind.

Even the family and LE can't agree on the car. Dr. Harrington seems suprised at every revelation told to him so LE isn't even keeping him informed.

We have speculation and nothing more. We have sightings from people that did not know Morgan. Just that she was blonde and missing. I put no faith in those sightings.

Remember some were sure it was Morgan up front at the concert. Turned out it wasn't her. Now we have "sightings" from strangers on a foggy, cold night of a blonde woman on a bridge..not buying that either.

Facts are facts. We have nothing, no document or picture showing Morgan at that concert. Actually of all the thousands of people at that concert nobody she knew from school or home..said yep I saw her there. Surely a pretty college student would know tons of people attending the concert. We have heard from none of them such as "yes I saw and talked to Morgat at the concert"..nada.

But stay tuned folks because the rags are digging into this story big time. Somebody somewhere has some info they will be willing to sell and then we will get an idea of what this is all about.

Well, let's not forget one BIG problem with this entire convoluted situation. Her purse was found, entact, not ripped or torn or tossed carelessly, no just simply sitting there on the ground, but that's not the elephant in the room. The elephant is the fact that her cell phone was inside her purse. Only THE BATTERY HAD BEEN REMOVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now, explain that! And speaking of explanations......I DEMAND to hear the explanations of her so called "friends". Friends don't let friends get STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We know SO little of the REAL FACTS in this case IMHO.

I think it's possible that if she was high or drunk she dropped the phone at some point, the battery cover popped off, and the battery fell out. She didn't notice and put the phone back in her purse. LE stated in the first press conference something that gave me the impression it is common for either the phone model or her specific phone to lose the battery. LE also mentioned that unless there was reason to believe otherwise, it isn't an issue.

I don't know if LE's view has changed and it has become a crucial piece of evidence they need to keep private, but at this point in time all we have is LE's statement.

Hi all,

I couldn't respond to some questions due to the last thread being closed. I wanted to answer CindyS about why our driver noticed Morgan and the hispanic man. I couldn't read through the entire rest of the thread due to time constraints, but I managed to get through 6 or so more pages from my postings on this.

Our driver noticed Morgan because he/she is also hired for security. Former LE if I remember correctly (although don't quote me on it...I'll find out for sure) and notices pretty much everything - is also looking for his/her clients to get out to open the door...he/she knows when we are walking up...even in a crowd. Limo always starts before we even get close.

Did say that she was NOT crying or looking distressed in anyway, because he/she WILL/DOES get out and assist people that look distraught (especially girls) and he/she said they felt horrible they didn't ask if she was okay, but said she looked just fine (not crying or anything). Said there were a lot of people around when he/she saw her...and also, remember, she walked right by a limo...I would feel comfortable approaching a limo driver and asking for help if I was in a pickle...wouldn't you? Out of the options, I'd be more comfortable approaching a limo driver than a random stranger for help.

I wish I had more info, but I stayed home on the second night because I didn't feel well. LE has all of the info from the driver.

Thanks Truthful Lies for the follow-up. My original question was to find the answer as to why your driver noticed the Hispanic man, especially since there were a lot of people around. Was this guy acting strange to draw your driver's attention?

It's frustrasting that these parents want to know WHAT and Why happened to their daughter, yet, their lips are all but zipped closed. The other night they said" a few minutes ago many of her friends who were there with her that night, came here to our home" Yet, when asked WHAT for godssakes did they say?....Mom and Dad were were mum.......It's frustrating because LE and the family is asking for the publics help, yet they are HOLDING back INFO!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT FAIR!!!!!!!!! They can't have it both ways. The world doesn't work like that......

Some things are really bugging me with this case...

1) Why aren't the parents releasing a picture of the shirt worn by Morgan? There are tons of Pantera shirts (I happen to own some), so if they google and find the shirt- would that not help?!

2) Why are the parents not releasing the cellphone make? I am sure this would also help

3) Is a search being conducted, are LE saying foul play is suspected?

4) I read somewhere in an article (will have to re-find it) that Morgan trusted her father with her computer passwords, and according to the facebook page for Morgan under discussions, that her friends list has fluctuated in the past couple of days- If this is indeed true, then her father would have known Morgan's online behaviors and would have known about her private messages (if she ever got any).

5) I am beginning to think she wasn't even at this concert.

I have three thoughts about this: (1) The Harringtons don't trust LE; (2) The Harringtons have received conflicting information from LE and the friends and are unable to believe the friends might be lying; or (3) LE thinks the Harringtons can't keep their mouths shut and will reveal information that may compromise the investigation.

1) I believe the woman who might have seen/saw Morgan ~3 a.m. is the "paper lady," making her morning rounds with the Sunday newspapers. She is probably not an "old" lady. I think the "old lady" originally referred to the older woman picking up her son and grandson at the concert. MOO.

2) Do we know for sure that Morgan and all of her friends had seats in a row together? Do we know yet how many went together to the concert? Was it two or three friends and a bf?

I think the ad on Craigslist is a great find and I'm glad it's been sent to the police; I hope they act on it. It's clear that the ad was posted the very day of the concert. Perhaps Morgan was trying to sell the tickets. MOO.

I would like to believe LE are on top of this keeping info. close to the vest but remember the poster "Nouveau" I believe who, works very close to the concert venue who had a visit from LE Thurs. (after the press conference 12 days after MH vanished) looking for security tapes or ANYTHING. I'm afraid they don't know anything! I feel that MH's phone must have a history of the battery falling out that was common knowledge among those who knew her.

Do we know why Dr. Harrington is so sure that Morgan's car was not driven to the concert (although the police say it was driven there)? Has he ever offered an explanation other than that her roommate drove the car to Roanoke Sunday afternoon? Those ideas are not "mutually exclusive." The car could have been driven to the concert AND to Roanoke the next day; it's not as though the police were looking for Morgan's car at that point.

Also, the information about the H's hiring a strategic communications specialist -- posted by honeybun -- is interesting! Remains to be seen how the family's approach to the situation will change, if indeed it does.

I'm not sure why you think all pertinent information should be made public. It could compromise the investigation.

Agreed. You can't beg the public to help on one hand, and then be misleading or holding back from the public on the other.

Was she or was she not really ever at this venue? What did her friend REALLY say to her when she called and stated she was locked outside? WHY did her friend(s) NOT go to the door she was at and try to let her in from the inside?????????? That WOULD BE the logical solution to this problem after all.......The public, especially those of us at sites like WS are no dummys but we know a dumb unbelievable story when we hear it......
