I'm brand new to the boards -- very first post! So, my apologies in advance if I do something incorrectly.
I just wanted to relay some info that could be taken into account when looking at MH's state of mind the evening of the concert.
I have very low blood pressure, experience migraine headaches, and suffer from crippling anxiety attacks (the last two, migraines & anxiety attacks, are very rare, but do happen at least 1 time each per year).
The reason I bring this up is because all three of these conditions I have, have caused me to become disoriented, confused, trip, fall, and in one particularly bad instance, lose my purse, fall & hit my head (knocked unconscious) only to wake up in the hospital without any identification or phone with me!! (VERY SCARY situation!!) The doctor's ran all sorts of tests and could only determine that it was a combination of my low BP, a migraine I was coming down from, and having smoked a couple cigarettes just an hour or two prior to the incident (I typically only smoked about 7 cigarettes a week -- no more since then!!) Since my BP is so low naturally cigarettes really gave me a headrush.
I don't know anything about Miss Herrington's medical history (nor is it my business), but I would not be surprised to hear that she suffers from any of the ailments I've listed above. Had she been smoke-free for 6 months only makes it seem more likely that she could have experienced some sort of issue with her blood pressure. Anxiety attack would not be surprising either. I know when I have one, I don't care if I was scheduled to meet Brad Pitt, my mind becomes so focused on "escaping" the anxiety that I'd turn and walk the other way.
One other thing I want to mention, and I don't wish to slander anyone or drag anyone through the mud. But, this was the first thing I thought of when I heard of MH's disappearance.
I have a friend who, about 20 years ago (days before cell phones & facebooks!), when he was MH's age (18-19), had a party in his home with several of his male friends. I think there was about 12-15 of them, drinking and parting at his home (he was in college at the time, living with a roommate). The next morning, they'd realized that one of the friends had not woken up & then discovered he was dead. Being young, scared, and having been doing something illegal (underage drinking), they were completely at a loss for how to respond. They were terrified. My friend, due to his age and fear, automatically thought he'd get life in prison because someone died in his house. The other men thought they'd be accomplices because they were all drinking together. Simply, they were not thinking logically or coherently; they were all in a state of shock. For hours they deliberated on "what to do with the body". Their ideas were as outlandish as throwing the body out of a moving car, off a cliff, etc. THIS WAS THEIR BEST FRIEND'S BODY they were talking about!! They thought they could make the whole situation go away by distancing themselves from his corpse. Ultimately, they dropped the body off at an ER and left without identifying themselves. And, of course, it all came out in the end. (My friend was charged with a crime, although I can't remember what it was, and he did pay for his actions). Like I said, this was the first thing I thought of when I heard about this case; there are too many inconsistencies and unclear information about the whole time the MH & her friends were at the concert. I just don't know what to think.
Nevertheless, I really feel for this girl. I am keeping her (and her strong family) in my thoughts & prayers. I don't know why this case has touched me in the way it has.

Thank you for sharing the stories with us. I think all of us here have been touched by this case and are wondering like you why Morgan has captivated us. Something tells me that she has probably captivated many people in her life.
