Found Safe VA - Nannea Johnson, 65, Alexandria, 30 Oct 2017

65-year-old Nannea Johnson went missing from the Springfield Healthplex Hospital Monday just after 2 p.m. She left the hospital grounds on foot and was wearing a dark grey long sleeve jacket, black workout type pants, and dark shoes. Nannea was also carrying a light grey sweatshirt and white handbag. She suffers from a cognitive impairment and is in need of medication. They say she may not know her name, however, she may respond to “Nan.”
