If you look it up on Urban Dictionary, you'll see exactly what it means and it clarifies exactly what was going on, IMO.

People seem to forget that everyone is innocent UNTIL proven guilty or admit guilt.
A defence attorney job is to DEFEND their client. If an accused does not get a fair trail, the conviction can be thrown out. It might be wrong to many, but that's the way the judicial system works.
FYI all jails have many innocent people.

this is very true, and I agree with you and admit that I have a personal and emotional bias on this particular subject. I do think that often they try to victim blame and shame when there's indisputable evidence that a SR occurred, and I find that revolting and disgusting and I cannot imagine sleeping at night being that person... But you're right. I rationally and objectively understand the need for defence attorneys and most of their tactics, and you're correct that concerning this case I've gotten well ahead of myself. I appreciate you saying that. I'm taking a chill pill because I needed that.

Gets more interesting, why get a girl involved? That seems more like a panicked kid where something happened bad and she died in the course of him committing another felony. I wonder if there are other kids at VT who either saw her that night or other nights? Could there have been a party? Could he have been trying to have sex with her and then she told him her age or got scared and then he went into a rage? Or perhaps she drank alcohol and died? A lot of unanswered questions, but given that he had someone help with the coverup it looks like it was not a predmediatetd serial killer in training type thing,

Three promising lives gone and hundreds left to mourn and deal with their loss. How very sad. Of course the true victim is Nichole however the hurt that people must feel that knew these two. I cannot even fathom. But again the Lovell families pain is beyond comprehension. So sad.
