Poor little thing had so many health problems. Liver tumors, non-hodgkins lymphoma, etc.

She was in a coma for 6 months at one time, got a MRSA infection. Poor girl.

Nicole touched many people throughout her short life. Mom can't continue and has to stop. Pastor steps in.

Investigation - two arrests, LE reconstructing timeline. More than 400 leads, intense investigative process. Dedicated to seeing justice for Nicole and her family. Will not let violence define us.

County Attorney Mary Peddit - Case in the juvie court because the victim is a minor -

Stabbing as COD (Preliminary)

DE previously charged. - Murder happened on Jan 27.

NE - charged today with being accessory before the fact to the murder. Also carrying a dead body and the other charge.

No new factual information will be released outside of the courtroom.
