I don't understand why this is not first degreee murder for both.
Thank you. I was beginning to think I was the only one that didn't understand why she wasn't also charged with first degree murder. It really makes no sense that she is not. Like I said earlier, Clu, it must be some weird law in VA.
And another thing I don't understand is why is she the only one charged with the body disposal? Most DAs will stack the charges on the murder defendant if they have broken another law in that state beyond the abduction and first degree murder charge. As it stands now DE's DT can say she took the body out there by herself since their client wasn't charged. And she sure seems sturdy enough to handle a body to me.
One time I saw a criminal case on A&E where a small petite woman drug her 220 pound husband's dead body down two flights of stairs and she pulled him to the parking lot and loaded him up in her van and then disposed of his body all by herself. I really don't trust anything about Keepers or anything she may say happened.
I still say once the forensic evidence starts to come back in this case and as the investigation continues it may change again and additional charges could be added later on to each one. Even if DE had sex with Nicole that night even if it wasn't forced he still should be charged with statutory rape. Or even if he had sex with her prior to that night. LE may have it online where he admits he did have sex with her or admits to some type of sexual contact.
If it was his car then why did she have Nicole's blanket and not DE?
