Not yet for sure. Let's hope there's much more. I'm eager for them to discuss specific things to DE, besides blood in his car. They've confirmed DE's DNA on NL's body and under her fingernails, so there's that. But I'd be more comfortable with blood on his shoes, his dna found on the knife recovered, somebody linking the knife found to causing the injuries, etc.
My concern will be that defense will stir up some smoke about all of this unknown dna and how someone other than DE could have driven his car, etc...and the dna on NL's body and under fingernails were done after a brief make-out encounter when he didn't want to "hurt her feelings" so he smooched a bit before leaving her apartment.
What unknown DNA are you referring to?
