The admins to the page are connected to Noah, not related though. One admin lived in the house a year, before Courtney's cousin, another admin her friend came regularly in visits that year, one is a daughter to the landlord, and the other is just a friend of theirs helping. All four say they have the page for only Noah, and do not represent his family. He was at the house of the admin who used to live there alot, a playmate of her daughter, so sad for the poor kids that were his friends. How do you begin to explain it? SMH

Maybe you can help me, is the red building on wheels some kind of movable chicken coop?

I honestly don't know, could be a portable storage shed like homemade.

I just find it very interesting that very shortly after the reward is offered, that a tip comes in that points directly to Noah's location... but to claim the reward, the tipster would have to be identifiable and thus a suspect (?) or someone closely connected to the case. A tip by an anonymous tipster would likely have happened sooner, IMHO.

IIRC, red wheeled trailer? was not in original photo's that Courtneyb showed us. The photo was taken with beautiful hills and trees. When?

Ah this helps me. According to the admin on the page, one admin posted that she lived there for a year until about 6 months ago and another admin was a friend who visited and also knew Noah. The daughter considered Noah her best friend for a year.

Ah, ok...then maybe the admin is not the current tenant, but has lived there in the past? If that's the case, I wonder who is the current tenant? I'm sure LE has investigated all persons living close to Noah's home.

My page was all messed and there was so many comments I wanted to respond to. I finally just fixed it, but I am not going to go through 100 posts again. But, what GREAT posts and thoughts!! I am looking forward to hearing more from LE hopefully on Monday. I think with the silence the rumors will continue. Personally some of these "rumors" will end up having a ring of truth, just like most rumors we hear do.

I have been reading from the first post, but kept my opinions on what happen from the get go quiet because of TOS. I pray I am still wrong. I do not think this is an accident that the beautiful Noah happen to fall in the tank on his own. As I said days ago, this has broke my heart immensely because he looks so much like a friend of mines son. I was with her yesterday and I had tears in my eyes watching him play. A life gone way too soon.

Courtney, thanks so much for everything you have shared with us. It is beyond helpful to have someone local to share details.

The photo I posted was taken 9/23/14. I have 5 other photos taken that same day, 3 of the white house exterior and 2 of the interior... I don't see the movable red building in any of those.

Who lives in the white house on the front of the property now?

I'm thinking whoever moved in after your family left brought them.

We have no way of knowing where the red trailer was sitting on 3-22. I don't remember seeing it sitting on blocks so could have been moved, just don't know

She and her fiancée, who is from Dublin, VA, lived in the white house on the front of the property and rented from the same gentleman as Noah's parents. Noah's mobile home was directly behind their house and they shared a yard and their 2 girls, ages 8 and 5, played with Noah frequently. They did not ever see the Dad outside the home and only saw the Mom once when she came out on the porch and called for Noah to come inside. She said sometimes their car was there all day, sometimes it wasn't, so she didn't know for sure if it was routine for mom and the kids to bring Dad to work each day. She says that they were not very sociable, with them, anyway. But Noah did play outside frequently. They moved to CT before Christmas last year.

The lack of interaction between the mother and your relative is interesting. I am not a neighborly type person, however I do speak and have introduced myself in the past when new neighbors have moved in. I knew the parents of all the children my children played with as their kids were frequent guests in my home, as mine were in theirs.

In a previous post, you had mentioned that Noah was standoffish around your relative (cousin?), but loved her husband and was more comfortable around him. That has stuck with me since you posted that. Normally, isn't it the opposite?

I really try not to speculate on how something happened, but here is one scenario that comes to mind:

The septic lid is loose or removed due to future service that appears to have been 'scheduled'... Noah happens upon it and while looking down is overcome by the toxic gases (hydrogen sulfide aka sewer gas) and falls down inside. Later, someone else comes along looks inside and sees only sludge, the body having sunk down by then, and the person replaces the lid thinking they are doing a good thing by making it more safe for the search crews. *Just my thoughts and pure speculation*

It says it was a 2 lb. plastic lid so I can see it feasable Noah could have removed it,but not get it back on. I really thought this could have been a tragic accident. However. If the lid was put back in place,I don't see it as possible. Didn't we hear in the begining that Noah was with another child? Has this been verified or discounted. If there was another child were they being inquisitive and it was a tragic accident. Could Noah have fallen in and the other child panicked and put the lid back?

Does anyone know if cadaver dogs were called in and when?Where did they hit on? Just where he was found or other areas in or around or a little further of the property.

I assumed in a search such as this tracking dogs would be used from the start maybe not cadaver. Im sure someone knows For sure as i dont but that raises another concern to me. If they were used one would assume they would start on the property. If he was playing near the tank wouldnt the dog stop there and it be considered a place of intrest?

So is it a fact that the lid was on this septic tank with sod/grass over it? Not visible to the naked eye? tresptip says ksuri was just making assumptions. I am so confused.

I'm not "neighbory" either☺️ But, I would definitely introduce myself if my children were going to be playing with other children whose parents I wasn't familiar with. But, I'm the parent who is outside with my kids all the time because they aren't allowed to play outside unsupervised. Frankly, you cannot trust people, and they are 14, 7, 4 and 5 months, and I KNOW I can't trust them, lol. They get up to some pretty dumb stunts when left unsupervised. ;). Yes, Noah was friendly with the girls, and was fascinated with her fiancee's motorcycle and was always asking him to see it, but in Angel's words, "he acted standoffish with me" and resisted her attempts to engage him in conversation.

If the cover of the septic was open or easy to access, the daughter of the landlord would know from her father. I am taking their Find Noah FB response to the woman about never thinking someone would put him there as a signal that they don't think it is an accident. Just my speculation, though.

@KSuri: I've confirmed it is an underground septic tank with one of the agencies involved in search. Will not reveal if it was covered or not.

I was making a lot of assumptions based on the covered with sod thing.

I'm pretty sure it is (or was). My grandparents have one.

I can't get the aunt's statement of whoever did this " can't hurt him any more" out of my head. It struck me the first time I saw it and it's been bugging me. I don't know if it means something or if it was the grief talking.

Multiple sources say yes the lid was on. From my vantage point it appears the lid was under a thick layer of sod/grass. Sheriff Davis N/Cmt
