IMO that's an unfair comment. She did not repeat anything. Anyone here is free to read any an all comments there, and likely many here already have been.
I agree, she did not repeat it

Pulaski PD is for the town of Pulaski, I believe. There are local PD's for Pulaski (town) and Dublin (town) which are both in Pulaski County. I found an administrative phone number for the Sheriff's office. I may just call tomorrow and ask for their website.
Correct. It was for the town of Pulaski (PD). I thought maybe you could comb through to see if you saw a site for Pulaski County Sheriff. I looked, but didn't see anything. It is definitely odd the Sheriff's office does not have a website. (Maybe they took it down due to high volume and crashes over Noah's case?)

Mark was living there prior to Angel moving to VA, had been since, I understood, in the year or so prior, but I clarified with Angel that he had moved there (the white house) just before summer 2014.. He moved to Dublin in 2013, but is from a small twin close to Dublin outside of Roanoke. Angel visited over the Summer with her girls, then moved there late summer 2014. And sent photos she took of the house and property to my Mom, showing her where she had moved, on 9/23/14. She and mark, due to custody issues with her ex husband, moved to CT before Christmas 2014. So there is overlap; I don't know if it's just not remembering correctly, but with certainty, Angel lived there from sept until before Christmas, and Mark was living there before that.

Oh, and Noah's family lived there before they moved in. The fire pit you see in pictures taken of the property in several of the news stories is Angel and Mark's, that they did not take with them when they left.

I don't think anything has been taken down, as I've been hunting for a sheriff's site since last week. He may not have one at all; he took office in 1997, making him one of the longest-serving sheriffs in the commonwealth. (This may also contribute to his reluctance to use social media in this case. He's been doing the job without it for almost twenty years.)

Great observation. Thanks!

Touché. I did not post it and I am sorry to have raised your ire.

I'm going to bow out and wait for official word on what happened to poor Noah. It's gotten a bit antagonistic at times here, I guess, understandably. I apologize if I angered anyone. It was certainly not my intent.

Courtney,
Please don't leave. SO many of us on WS value everything you have provided us. You have not crossed the lines and did not repeat anything you shouldn't have. We are allowed to reference the FB page that is in honor of the beautiful Noah and that is what was done. I hope that you stick around as we wait to hear from LE whether it be days or weeks.

It always gets a bit tense when there is no news coming in on a case and we are playing a waiting game with LE. It is difficult not to discuss certain issues or people, but it can get out of control so quickly with emotions running so high. We do try to redirect the conversation so we don't get the thread closed down for going outside the boundaries, but I have not seen you or anyone else anger anyone! You have provided much insight here and we thank you. :)

I really appreciate your posts and insight.

Is there a possibility that LE is waiting until after Noah's funeral service to make an arrest?
Apologies if this has been discussed - I'm a few pages behind in this thread.

Praying & thinking of all of this sweet boys family & friends. [emoji120]

Yup. Being "old school" could explain it! "If it ain't broke...don't fix it!" mentality.

Probably not. The sheriff was pretty adamant on waiting for the toxicology reports for the final autopsy to make the determination of Cause Of Death and Manner Of Death. Those usually take 7-8 weeks.

It was touched on here a bit. Some members speculated that might be the case. Others thought it would be unlikely for LE to allow that. A couple of people discussed other unrelated cases where LE had permitted that. I guess it is possible but I don't know that there has been any evidence or statements made that implied or supported that.

I don't see why LE would give a child killer any time outside jail. I truly don't think they have enough evidence for an arrest. I think they are waiting on toxicology. JMO

I cannot get over thinking that a loved one had something to do with Noah's death.
Noah should not have ended up dead in a septic tank!
WHAT are the odds?
VERY slim, in my opinion.

  • #718
I also believe they are waiting on toxicology. If there is no danger to other children then LE can bide their time and get all their ducks in a row.

Right, I understand that. I guess I'm just wondering if they've determined a possibility where there is no danger to any other children - other than Noah? (Apologies if my wording is confusing, I don't want to break TOS). As in they don't believe the perpetrator has/will have any other victims.

I don't think it's violating tos to say LE has been very clear the community is not in danger. I think it's obvious the LE have always realized it was either an accident or someone intimately connected to noah responsible. That's not saying we are interpreting that the family is guilty. Just that they are clear in that children are safe.
