Excerpt:
According to arrest warrants filed in Pulaski County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, Ashley White showed "reckless disregard for human life," and "caused serious injuries." In the report it also said "Incident ultimately led to Noah's death," and "Cause or permanent injury to life or health of child by a willfull act, omission, or refusal to provide necessary care." Court records also indicate White worked at Patty's Kitchen.

It also states :

"White and Thomas currently face two counts each of abuse and neglect of Noah and Abigail."

So charges for abuse and neglect on the baby also.

I can't imagine Ashley carrying Noah to the septic in the day light hours. In the dark with dads help is more like it.

This case really makes me wonder how many kids have gone missing and ended up in the septic tank. I wonder if there is a way we can check the case to see if LE did check.

As I shopped earlier for or Easter food, I was gathering up treats for my 5 grandchildren.......yep even the college guys........and thinking of all the murdered, abused and neglected children that do not have an Easter or festivities around family.....for our family Church, food, Easter baskets and the Easter Bunny was a big deal every year.............

I wonder if Noah's basket had been bought or if plans had been made to attend any egg hunts. Hopefully Baby A will have a wonderful 1st Easter.

That is not unusual in the South. Everyone not on the family list, is asked to leave the room where the receiving line is. The family on the list is left alone with the officiant and funeral home director(s) while prayers are said, people say personal things, then the casket is closed. Then the family comes into the room where the services are, the casket is brought in and the service starts.

True, basically with some little differences depending on what the family wants. Family taken out for prayers and able to say anything personnal, casket is either taken to where they are, or left in the sanctuary, but it's a time when casket is closed before the actual service. When family is brought back in people, speaker/pastor talks a bit and people can go up and say things, etc. My grandmothers funeral all of this was done without family being taken out seperately, because everyone was family and such close friends. It's up to the family, but in most the family is given that time alone to say what they want and a prayer. It's a way for them to have the last goodbye in a personnal way.

@CameronOAustin: #NoahThomas' parents Paul Thomas and Ashley White will be hiring their own attorney. It appears Jimmy Turk has been assisting Ms. White.

@CameronOAustin: Preliminary hearings for both parents will be on August 12, 1:30 in Pulaski JDR court. #NoahThomas

@CameronOAustin: "This is the saddest thing that's ever happened to me in my life," Ashley White, #NoahThomas mother, said during arraignment.
