Thanks for your patience. I have asked a mod more familiar with this case to weigh in. Until one does please hold off on the Justice page. :)

Oh thank you! I don't want to muck up this thread.

And I see from other posts that congrats are in order!

If the police checked hair samples from Noah's parents to see if they were using drugs, how long would it take to get that information back? Can that be analized quickly and would they know by now?

Results for specimens that screen negative for all drugs are generally available within 48-72 hours after specimens are received at the laboratory. Results for confirmation testing of presumptive positive screens are usually available within an additional 72 hours.

Someone way upthread (or on a previous thread) speculated that the dad may have dyed his hair that dark color to throw off any drug testing from strands of hair. I don't know if that is a valid counter move, but it is a good thought anyway.

He would have had to dye it within 5-7 days of the follicle test and with the constant police presence, having him dye his hair would have been noted by the police and they would likely wait to perform a follicle test since hair dye can affect root results. Or they would retest him. I think hair follicle tests can detect if chemicals that could alter results are present. Also, when Noah went missing, they may have performed a clean catch then.

No problem here. That other page is brutal. The name of the FMNT page is set to be changed this week though.

Wait, I don't get it. Haha what is shocking? Tensions are high and the reigns are loose. I didn't think it was an offensive observation but maybe tensions are even higher than I thought.

I asked in the last thread....where does it state the parents are on drugs, dealing drugs or gave Noah drugs and thats what the COD is? Please provide a msm link as I believe I've missed it. TIA

Unless something was publicly published or announced today, there have not been any official statements, nor vetted MSM articles or broadcasts, that state definitively that AW or PT where drug users, have dealt drugs, or gave Noah drugs. The COD and MOD have not yet been determined and the final autopsy has not been published, nor have preliminary results been made public.

I think tensions are high over there....and even here a bit. I am actually surprised we have been allowed to discuss what we have considering they weren't charged with murder.

Both parents were charged with two counts of child neglect and abuse. Those are pretty serious felony charges.

Just a random thought.. If it wasn't a tip maybe it was recovered search history from a phone or computer? Just thinking out loud

Well obviously.

Do you think one of them told LE where Noah was?

Thank you for answering my question. I would like to jump off your post and this is in no way directed to you.

I already knew the answer to my question. The parents have been arrested yes, but they have not been arrested for murder.

No where in MSM does it state they were doing anything with drugs. <modsnip>

We know they were arrested for neglect and abuse yes, but what does that mean? Does it mean one of the parents gave him drugs, he died and one of them put him in the septic tank? I think that would be a murder charge.

Does it mean Noah went out to play and no one was watching him and he fell in the septic tank because the lid was off while someone may have been checking to see the waste level, came back not knowing he'd fallen in and closed the lid?

Does it mean his sister had drugs in her system, dirty, dirty diapers, no food in the house, bruises or beaten?

And then there's the mug shots...compared to FB photos that were taken years ago. I've read the parents are Herion addicts because of their mug shots. And dad dyed his hair. No one knows this.

My point is, these parents have already been tried and convicted for murder here on WS, by way of what is considered rumors on a FB page. We do not know the truth. We only know a sweet innocent child is no longer with us, and his parents are in jail for abuse and neglect.

By the way, I am a mother and grandmother and I'd be one of the first to report abuse of a child if I suspected it, but I can't and won't try these parents for murder until more facts not rumors come out. JMO

Yes, particularly when this so-called mother told LE originally that she'd taken both baby and Noah with her that Sunday morning, to drive hubby to work. We know that's not true.....but it does beg the question, did she drive husband to work in the past? And if so you'd think that someone would have seen her loading a baby into the vehicle.

I don't think we know for sure that Noah did not go on the alleged drive to work on Sunday. Do we?

No we don't yet. I'm sure when all test are complete the time of death will reveal more.
Personally, I don't believe Noah was part of the Sunday morning drive. I think he was gone Saturday night.jmo.

I believe LE verified the family was seen on a shop surveillance camera Saturday evening (thought I don't know how late). While I agree that there is a whole lot of time something could have happened (and seemingly little else about AW's initial report of the timeline on Sunday has proven to be true), there has not been anything stated by LE that shows he did not accompany them to drop PT at work on Sunday. (I personally doubt it, but that is JMO).

I knew you knew :) . I actually wrote, "But you knew that already, didn't you?" at the end of my reply but erased it.

I feel certain more severe charges will be brought against the parents at some point and definitely have opinions on the septic, the charges and the mug shots. But they are *opinions*. I do think discussing the different possibilities is valid and interesting but I agree that it seems there are a lot of definitive statements being made in these threads. IMO, when people state their beliefs or opinions are truth and fact, it is very confusing for other members who then come and read and assume they missed some LE statement or big MSM breaking news. Beyond any feelings I have about whether the parents deserve this kind of scrutiny or not, I just don't like it b/c it doesn't make for consistent, objective discussion.

Both parents have been charged with two counts of neglect and abuse. One count for each child. Obviously, LE knows more about this case then they have told the public.

imo, there is no way Noah fell into a buried septic tank "accidentally."

I am also a doubter that little Noah was on that drive to work as I believe that whatever happened, happened on the Sat before. But I bet it will go unconfirmed until trial (if?) when there is an indictment. Actually I bet the majority of this will be remain as pure speculation for a long time to come. But I hope the unrest and public quest for information remains strong in honor of this little bunny Noah.
